(Success story) Just wanted to let everyone know my experience. I had a full achilles rupture that I got surgery for. I started using BPC 157 and TB 500 one week post surgery. I just went in for my second follow up today (6 weeks post op) and I'm ahead of the curve so much my ortho has taken away my crutches and started me on pt early. The original plan was to start pt around 8-10 weeks, so that's 2-4 weeks shaved off already. Plus, he's certain at this point I'll only need 4 weeks of pt before they can cut me loose to finish on my own in the gym, at home etc. This was my first experience with peptides, and I would absolutely 100% recommended that anyone hesitating to use them bc of uncertainty should take this as a sign to go for it! At this pace, I will be fully recovered in less than 6 months vs the typical ~1 year it normally takes. Dr. Timmermans was a huge help in advising me along the way with simple questions I had, so BIG TY to Dr. Timmermans!! 👏 And just so it's said, I'm not being paid to say this nor compensated in any way. I'm just excited about the results and hope that I can pass this on to help someone else. If you have any questions about my journey so far feel free to reply to this comment and I will do my best to respond as soon as possible.

Question: Recent severe DVT in lower leg big vein (with PE) and fear the scar tissue buildup causing long term valve issues and the accompanying claudication. The little I've read on TB4 suggests it might help healing and vascular regrowth. Ever see a research paper that might have addressed claudication or blood clotting where peptide's like TB4 were used regardless of success or failure of outcome? I've read many but nothing popped out on these topics. Am seeing most of the "peptide" doc's in the area are focused on women's weight loss or hair regrowth... The vascular people are focused on surgeries and scanning. I do red light and take several things to assist the vascular system (grapeseed, red vine, proprionyl l-carnitine, pomegranate) nothing has given long term results but do help me stay active short term. Do you treat back pain? I got a chiropractic injury 6 months ago. Chiro jacked my back up after 7 weeks of twice a week HVLA type thrust movements in thoracic region. MRI showed hemangioma but no apparent herniation (crappy underwater looking MRI though) Tried a 15 mg 1 month course of BPC, did nothing. Now a few weeks into CJC/IPAM. All prescribed through TRT clinic, compound pharmacy sourced. Not sure if I had a small herniation or what the heck. Following your 2 kg protein per kg of Bw, 10 grams collagen 3 times daily in beef bone broth with vitamin C each time, Secretagogue cjc/Ipam TID 100/100. Keeping diet clean and 18 hour fasting 3 days a week.
Anyhow, curious if you treat thoracic back pain in your clinic.
Also, I heard on a podcast with Stuart McGill that you don't want vascularization and I believe therefore innervation within a disc, increasing the potential for discogenic pain.
What's your theory on treating a herniation with BPC or TB500? Could there be a potential for a non-ideal vascularization in structures outside of what you typically hear about such as tumors etc?
Loaded question. But I find the field you are in very interesting.
I'm a cardiac sonographer, and I've been on underground forums since 2014-2015 and I've heard tales of guys being on something such as TB500 and having a heart attack, but there body having been collateral vessels, mitigated much of the ischemic damage to the heart tissue. I've tried to bring this up to cardiologists but alot are old school and just know what they were taught, what they currently do, and what makes them money lol
Thanks for the videos Doc, keep it up!

Thymosin beta 4 is sometimes helpful for nerve issues. To be honest, what we find that works the absolute best for most people is nerve hydrodissection in our office with platelet rich plasma or another orthobiologic substance.
Other things you should think about:
      1. Vitamin C 1-3g per day
      2. Quinton hypertonic sea minerals 10mL twice per day (electrolytes are crazy important for nerve health)

Not directly into the ligament but nearby sub-q or IM. I had decent success with BPC-157 and TB500 for a quad tear recovery that required surgical intervention. Ligaments should react similarly although likely a bit slower than muscle or tendon. You don't need to inject near the site of injury. Inject into your belly fat. However, my original injury was from a fall while pregnant 28 yrs ago on my right groin that they still have not figured out - getting an MRI finally. I gave up and used an acupuncturist and chiropractor to get moving. If it is something torn on this area could I use it there as well. I am 72, they say bowel is good although that was the area I had problems with. Xray from chiropractor showed my pelvic bones were not even. Recently I caused something to irritate the area and I am in pain there with certain movements and this made me use my left side (knee) more and irritate it while it was healing from another tumble down wooden steps...so the knee did not heal and got worse. Do you know who could treat me here in Canada? Or will I have to give myself injections?
