The second day that I took Epitalon I fell asleep ( completely knocked out) in the afternoon and slept 14 hours after being sleep deprived for many years from trauma and the fight/flight response. It’s seriously an amazing peptide. I thank you for the wonderful presentation!
@@tt_fit I’ve used Epitalon quite a few times, after doing extensive research I found the best course to run is 5mg subcutaneous each day for 20 days. Process should be repeated every 6 months for best results. I myself definitely felt a few benefits but don’t be fooled into thinking this is the holy grail or fountain of youth.
Started this as a sublingual spray. I have had sleep issues my whole life. Take boatloads of melatonin which helps. I have been combing epitalon with some melatonin and sleep, glorious sleep. I am getting a sense of what many other people must feel like daily. If this keeps up will never stop taking it. Been reading about peptides for years but have been nervous about the Wild West of companies out there and the cost has been something I could not do. The sublingual has mad it possible for me to try. Good luck all!
Its so weird, I've taken epitalon for several months from multiple vendors and its never had any effect on my sleep. I continue taking it because its supposed to be anti-aging. I did in fact see a sizable portion of grey hair on my beard return to brown though. My wife pointed it out as it was very noticeable to her.
Primary importance is to work with a clinician that can guide you to a good source of reliable epitalon as there are suboptimal options on the internet. The dose can vary but is usually around 500mcg/day x3 weeks.
I've got really bad chronic insomnia and I've been looking for things that could help my sleep. Epitalon looks like it might be worth trying! I'll give feed back after I try it.
@@FirstnameLastname-pe5ib still looking into it. I forgot about it to be honest, but my insomnia has been pretty bad lately so I might try the sublingual version soon.
I took Epitalon/Pinealon 1 mg each for two weeks and my sleep is DESTROYED. I wake up 4 hours too early every day and cannot function. So, people - if you are sensitive to meds start on a SMALL dose.
Melatonin is hit and miss for a lot of people. L Carnosine is AMAZING for restoring sleep cycle and reducing the amount of REM sleep that you need. I went from 8 to 10 hrs of sleep per night to 3.5 to 6 hrs.
@@alc1212 Its technically not reducing REM, its reducing overall sleep so that you are getting higher quality REM in a very short duration as opposed to the same amount of REM stretched out over a longer period of sleep. So for example, some can sleep for 10 hours and feel lethargic and sickly because of poor quality/duration of REM sleep while others can sleep for 3.5hrs and feel completely rejuvenated, motivated and mentally-physically energetic. REM replenishes your dopamine and other neurotransmitters so that you are ready for the day when you wake up in the morning.

I get so tired (pun intended) of doctors getting this wrong: SLEEP REFLECTS YOUR HEALTH, sleep doesnt determine your health. If you cant sleep, it might be lyme and associated diseases. Some people actually have alot of trouble sleeping during normal sleep-wake cycle. They are not doing it intentionally.
Sleep determines and reflects your health. Your body creates all of the neurotransmitters that it needs for the following day. It also detoxifies tissues while you sleep.
Lots of your regular functions of repair and turnover increase in rate during sleep. Less time sleeping = less benifit from that increase. Which leaves you looking worse and worse over time. Although taking things like ibutamoren and ipamorelin might be able to help some of that, you cannot fully supplement what you get from sleep. It's absolutely imperative, nobody should or really does argue against that unless they're not educated.
I have no trouble falling asleep, but can't seem to stay asleep, waking up after a couple hours, tired and unable to fall back asleep. Do you recommend any brands or sources to buy any of the commonly touted sleep peptides.. Epitalon , Deep-Sleep-Inducing-Peptide , Hypocretin / Orexin Neuropeptides, HCRT
YOU SHOULD GO for it when u hit 25 otherwise u are just wasting money for nothing ,,,, 25 is the age were many amino acides and other genes and proteins in the body reach their peak and then quickly start to decline , one of em is telomerase(telomerase is the protein that allow your telomere to remain long and not shorten (signs of aging come from the shortenning of telomeres ,because theiy get short theiy cant replicate and regenerate ass efectively as when u were young but a high dose of telomerase will constantly lenghten your telomeres giving them the abbility to work as if theiy were still in their peak ,,,,,, and epitalon will keep your production of telomerase as high as theiy were in theiy were in their peak at 25 ? so on paper you' d be able to still look 25 even at 60 YEARS old , but thats just on paper we didn't see that on humans yet
Yes, there is no "too soon" when it comes to longevity. Since we can't reverse aging, only slow it down it makes sense to hang on to youth as long as possible rather than go balls to the walls crazy far past our prime like Bryan Johnson.
