This is actually a really good video talking about the benefits of healthy eating. How Mike felt tired to go to the gym, was craving more sugary food and how his face might be puffy the next morning from the unhealthy food.
Never said he looks bad. He just eats crap and most people won’t lose weight eating like that or get lean. He can eat like that and stay in normal form and I would do it too if I could stay shredded.
