You don't have bad days you have bad moments. To have one bad moment during a day where you don't keep your good habits doesn't mean to let the whole day be like the one bad decision. Be hard to yourself otherwise youll never achieve your goals.

IMHO this is one of the best videos you’ve ever done. It’s very refreshing to hear that you suffer from the same self control failings as I do, particularly as I am a 66 year old who has lived a lifetime of poor nutritional choices, who is only now (rather late in life) getting his act together. It’s very unlikely that at my age, with naturally dwindling levels of testosterone, I’m ever going to have a physique anything like yours, but if I can pin down my diet and get fit I could prolong my life appreciably. Thanks for the inspiration.

IE potatoes. aubergines squash and making sure you peel and remove the seeds from tomatoes.apparently this is what Italians have done for years. The hardness part is trying to reduce you meat intact and still keeping your protein intact high enough. I simply eat more fish. Cottage cheese and nuts. Martin

Very well put together video, something I came across is the energy associated from food, wholefoods aka sentient foods bring about an energy that is good for both the body and mind if you're into meditation and increasing your consciousness, which is why most people that pursue this path are vegan as meat has static energy, which can build up the body but it is not good for the mind

This is why Mike is always on top of his shape and louis is struggling to get lean. Discipline ladies and gentlemen

Well... maybe not everybody wants become as lean as Mike. Mike is a personal trainer/fitness model.. keeping built and lean is also his job. Louis is a photographer and videomaker. If he feels well with his physic which is still amazing for me I don't see where the problem is. He is still gorgeous

@@lauraspiritedaway3802 you didn't got the point he tried to make. Louis is struggling to get lean just because his eating habits whereas Mike's discipline gets him results. It's not what Mike do or what Louis feels.

Something tells me Louis doesn’t care as much. He’d rather have a few pints a week than be as lean as Mike.

This comment is like🙄 to me. Do they even have the same body goals.. probably not. He’s a photographer/videographer for Christ sake. You could die tomorrow, do you really want to deprive yourself every moment. Louis mentality makes much more sense to me.

I must say its superb to hear that even +10 year disciplined pro has issues with treats and for example sugar.
I think this is very good and human thing to say and admit. Very useful especially for beginners and young people. 👍

Mike where do you get your plain black tees from?

  • @Chernostenmark

The problem is that it is extremely difficult to eat 3000-4000 calories worth of clean food only. Plus there are technically no inherently bad foods, it is just a question of moderation. Most of the main foods people would consider as clean are tough to over consume on and therefore it is a bit easier to hit your calorie goals if you squeeze in some junk food here and there.
