3, keep telling yourself that you deserve better, if you think so then believe it and then you'll figure out a way to get better

    Takeaways for me:
    1) Once you choose a path, work your ass off to make it happen and don't give up on it until you've truly put it in.
    2) Be honest with yourself when you set goals.
    3) Never be afraid to tell yourself you want more from life.
    4) Work with what you've been given; don't change yourself to fit your aspirations, change your aspirations to fit yourself.
    5) Be humble and show gratitude for those who have helped you get to where you are.

Ngl this is my first comment on a RUclips video, but it’s something which had too be done, despite how cringey it may sound. Mike your my biggest inspiration and a role model in some ways your like a big brother too me. I can remember when I first started training I always admired your physique and your technique behind it. But the more I get too know you the more I see myself... I start university in September where I’m planning to study marketing, I literally have the same mind frame as you, where I want too be my own boss and not be someone else’s puppet. I could write another paragraph but I don’t want too bore you out and ramble on forever plus it’s past my bedtime and my mum would kill me if she finds out I’m still awake.. but mike thank you for making RUclips videos and being here... cringe yep... but your really providing a pathway for me to get to a good position in life, and I hope one day I can be in the same position as you.

By far one of the videos you have done for inspiration and motivation..Being at the age of 47 you can be stuck in a rut..but you have shown you can never be too old. Even the hubby liked it and he is hard to please...Thank you Mike! 🙏😊

Be careful taking risks though. I have messed up in business twice. I still have another year and a half to pay it off. Taking risks is ok but make sure you are more likely to win than to loose by a good margin

i can't imagine working the night life. i spent a lot of time in it and even as a weekly spectator it got pretty old and quite seedy. you would think partying all the time is fun but then you see some of the same people, shady characters, same playlist routines from the djs, the girls are different but act the same, the dirty floors, the almost-fights, the guys trying to posture, and of course the trashy day after where your gym session is half ass. if i started working in it i might have gotten stuck in it.

Many people are living with people they are not satisfy with ...
They should have never been with in the first place to settle down with.
It's one of the most fuck up feeling to be with someone you know is not right for you .
