Best time to watch videos like this... is the 1 mile walk on threadmill warm up before starting weight training sessions... for some reason the way his videos are done it's peaceful. Work outs and travels. Cool

I'm headed that way in March for a couple weeks of vacation and fitness, and want to pick the right AirBNB based on my gym selection. Any suggestions?
