No worries, if you like someone but you're not sure if he likes you or not, I can understand that you are (or soud) angry. To answer your question: it depense, and actually for me it always does, one signal can mean very different things depending on the person. I'd say a lot of guys tends to be playful with the girls they like, but at the same time, if they are more of the "introvert" type, like if they are more shy and/or calm, they might not be the kind of person to tease you. Look how he acts with other peoples, if he is more playful with them or more composed, you should be able to make a guess. However, the best advice I can give you is that regret lasts way longer than the feeling on rejection. The touching part is so true lol. Yes absolutely, thank you. I don't want to sound coincided or anything I just don't understand why I attract such strange people. Several times such things have happened but not as extreme. 1, 2, and 3 can be a sign that an AMAB person is flirting with you but that doesn't make it okay.
if these things are making you uncomfortable it should not be excused by saying "it's okay he's only flirting"
now this can be mitigated by telling them you feel uncomfortable and then it's on them to respond. i can also appreciate that that might now be an option because they are making you feel uncomfortable and possibly unsafe.
lastly this is to the guys doing weird things. if you want anyone to like you then help them to know they are safe. you'll get a lot further then inappropriately touching them.

Yes absolutely, thank you. I don't want to sound coincided or anything I just don't understand why I attract such strange people. Several times such things have happened but not as extreme. A guy I knew for like a week in high school, like 5 years ago saw me in front of my house months ago. I didn't recognize him and he said we sat next to each other on the school bus. Few weeks later he came to my house like after 8pm and my mom asked him who he was. He said he was my "friend and we went to high school together" of course my mom knows I don't have friends and she never seen this guy ever before. She got the "weirdo" vibes from him and told him basically not to come around.
So like, don't do number 4. If you remember details, pretend you don't. Make sure the person you like, likes you back and later on you can bring it up. Like "Didn't you once say ________." Or "I think I remember you saying/telling me _________ before."
