I've known the ShadowSeraphi vs Beelze X ruling for months, I actually evo'd it game 1 because I needed the draw so desperately. Your calculated 50/50 made you deserve the win, idk why I didn't just ask how many cards were in your hand, if you had said 3 I would have known there was no way you could kill me with just the Imp X in the back and the mill Imp on the table (spawned from the Beelze X) and I would have just slammed an Agu or passed with 6 checks on the way on my next turn, fantastic match all things considered and thank you for the sleeves.
Yeah, you digivolving into shadowseraphi was unfortunate but I see why it needed to be done. I was lucky to be able to take advantage of that when I did. I think our match is the match I'll remember the most since you played such a cool deck that kept me guessing. It was fun games all around, and I am honored to be able to face you in top cut. I'm happy you enjoyed the sleeves! I'm very big on custom sleeves and tend to have a few on me to hand out to people. I normally only give out sleeves when the person beats me, but for nats, I had "nats exclusive" sleeves that I just handed out to everyone. Hopefully, one day, we can play again! Ngl, I enjoyed the little mind games we were playing before our match started. We were trying to guess what the other was playing. I was laughing to myself pretty hard on the inside when you were trying to guess, all while I had my beelze playmat, beelze deck box, and beelze themed egg sleeves. @@BeelzeBaronTCG Haven't been motivated recently to be honest, I took a break in December when Game & Trade shut down to focus a bit more on Smash, but that fell through as well. Currently in transition regarding employment so when things settle down, I'll try my hand at DCG again. Until then, I've put "gaming" down for the time being. ☹️

Can you describle a good starter hand, a playable one (that you wont mulligan) and a Bad one (need to mulligan?) I have some trouble agains speed decks like shinegreymon, miragegaogamon, etc that are too fast and to chose a good hand against those decks.
A good starting hand for me is any 3 card combinations I would be able to use within the first 2 turns. That would include any combination of a level 3, 4, and 5, with the other 2 cards being whatever. Another good starting hand is an imp, imp x, and an ai and mako. My favorite hand is to see St14 Imp, Wizard, Wizard x, and Bt10 Baal going second.
I also want to add that shinegrey and Mirage are some of our easiest match ups. They are single stack decks with no protection (except for some Mirage lists). 1 rivals or cluster just clears their stack whether you use the option from hand or it gets hit in security. My advice is to keep at least 1 kill option in your hand at any given moment to make sure you clear whatever they leave on board. Keep in mind that in the shingrey match up, Marcus does not have a level so your only target would be the actual digimon they have on board. If they don't have a greymon on board, they can use their tamers. Don't be afraid to put your opponent to 7 if it means popping their stack and learning board.
I did it for all my beelze brothers and sisters out there! This was also for all the digitubers out there that would never put beelze on their tier list or put him super low. Hopefully after this top, more respect would be put on the deck haha 😄
