I have grown so much since doing your programs. My front and lateral raises I was plateued at 5lbs for so long. But I have learned so much and have challenged myself. I surprised myself when I was able to bump up to 10lbs for round 2 and 15 for round 3! Progressive overload. ❤

I don't usually comment but I just have to say I'm so thankful for these workouts! I had been feeling burnt out on my workouts and like I was hitting plateau when someone suggested your channel to me. I picked the pre series because I wanted to kind of start from the beginning again and get my focus back and I'm so impressed with the results already. I've been using lighter weights than I was before but I feel everything 10x more and I'm definitely not hitting that plateau I was worried about. You are such an amazing, motivational trainer and I seriously don't know if I would've kept up with my fitness journey if not for getting told about your channel. I'm excited to workout again! Thank you so much for being here!
Oh my precious Sydney. The message today is one that I have learned to change here with you. It isnt about always looking for the workout that burns the most calories. This was totally me, before joining the SQUAD. I have trained for decades and love this group. Sydney has changed ny life because I have been willing to make the changes. Even kick boxing! I know that I will grow internally from getting outside of my comfort zone! Get it today!! Be happy and healthy! We are STRONG!
Didn’t get a workout in ALL WEEK. I missed my community!! It’s all good though… had access to a gym today and I came here to crush it!! I’m a few pounds up from 3 weeks being out of my routine and I’m so lucky I have you all as my community to come back to! Let’s crush it next week!💪🔥
This workout flew by really but it was spicy especially the bridge circuit wow my glutes were on fire 🔥 and this time I really felt my back shoulders in those flies this workout made me happy I crushed it
It’s not about calories it’s about focus, believing in yourself and encouraging yourself to believe you are worth it’s just as you would encourage your friends and family. Believe you are strong and you get stronger. Change your habits long enough to see the results. Change doesn’t happen over night it takes time. Give yourself that time you are worth it. ❤
Adjustable weights- great! Because you’re standing during transitions there’s time. And maybe your shoulders are as strong as your flutes by mine are not 😂 I really did not believe I could get through that shoulder circuit but I just listened to Sydney and decided I could. She was right!
It’s like you read my mind- was thinking of going out for a quick run after this, but I think I’m going to relax and enjoy downtime with my family instead. Have to train my mind that this is enough!

Burning calories was always my goal….I felt that if I burned the calories the muscle underneath would come out. I was so wrong. Eating rights and building muscles withes types of workouts was the key to better definition my abs and arms. ❤

Really enjoyed this strength week! I added a few runs this week to give that cardio I crave. But overall, I feel like I’ve made more progress towards my strength this week than I normally do. And that’s with less calories burned! I think it’s also good to switch things up so we don’t get tired of the same thing. Overall super excited for the strength portion or summertime fine!
Wow! I did the 30 Minutes Back and Biceps and 40 Minutes Shoulder and Glutes routine in one day. I missed yesterday because of family time together, but I just couldn’t finish up this of Pre-Endurance Week 1. What an amazing booty and shoulders burn! Those last two circuits were Bananas in keeping the burn the whole time. Great way to end the week. Definitely sore all over and need to now focus on recovery and stretching! Great work squad!💪🏽🔥🍑💪🏽🔥🍑🔥💪🏽🙌🏼
