Same, Adam's music has been a HUGE deal for me while trying to heal from PTSD and depression. I think it's because he made his music to heal from depression too...his words touch our hearts.

I would kill to hear him perform All Things Bright and Beautiful live. I'm lucky enough that I got to see him for the first time during his Cinematic tour, and it was honestly one of the best nights of my life. I hope he knows how many lives he's touched with his music. 💙
This live performance is what lead me to finding out about the song "Setting Sail" and, eventually finding out about Adam's side project, Port Blue. Such a great performance, I love it so much
I don't know why people seem so shocked that Adam can sing fantastically live. That's what's in the records but he adds a echo or different things to his voice he doesn't change it. ( sorry I don't know any of the technical terms).
Actually, I was at this concert, and when they make the DVD, the engineers alter a lot of the quality to make it "more appealing." You can tell by just listening to the drums, it sounds all synthetic, they totally filtered all of the lower sounds such as the kick drum and bass because it would be too overpowering. For the most part, Adam's voice was very natural, and I quite enjoyed the purity from his singing though it may not sound as perfected as the edited version on the DVD.
I think this is my favorite part of the concert. Adam nailed every note perfectly in Plant Life, and Setting Sail was very fluent. I've heard it's a Port Blue, and I tend to think Port Blue is slightly better than Owl City (though they're the same person).

Fun Fact: The drum part in setting sail that starts at 5:52 is inspired by the verse drum part Adam's Song by Blink 182, (of which Adam Young is a big fan) which I think is pretty dam cool.

His live voice has improved so much since his days with the autotuner and Of June. Incredible performance (: I too am keen to see him.
