Yea these two really worked well together. Wish we could have got more grimm and seen their relationship grow even more. Or at least had the spin off series with the kids all grown up

Once they started to develop feelings for each it's a pity we couldn't see more scenes with them together full stop. There's two deleted scenes in particular that annoy me. One is when Nick is discussing the "Monster in the Lake" with her, once again showing how much more Adalind understands him than Juliette ever could and the second one is the two of them making love the first night she's back after she's spent time in Renard's mansion. This particular scene shows how much they mean to each other but the biggest frustration is how much the producers caved in to David Guintoli's demands about having as few intimate scenes with Claire Coffee as possible cos Bitsie Tulloch was jealous! 😠

@@Netflix_Gamer Let's put it this way apparently the rumours were very strong at the time the series was being made. It started off when Juliette was killed by Trubel which meant BT leaving the show and apparently DG threatened to leave the show if they didn't find a way to bring her back and it carried on from there and if you think about it from their relationship point of view if you think about it the scenes where Adalind and Nick are intimate with each other BT is bound to have been on set somewhere. An example of that is the night before Germany when Adalind tells Nick she loves him when they make love it's full on and really intense - Juliette is still dead at that point! Fast forward to the scene when they're in the hotel for Munroe's birthday. Nick and Adalind might indicate that they make love at some point but not only are they both fully clothed but the light is also switched off and who also takes part in that storyline? Eve played by BT who is DG's RL relationship and if you watch the latter episodes there are plenty of examples including two where Adalind isn't even in them yet we're supposed to believe that Nick is in love with her, and has in fact found his soul mate which I have absolutely no doubt as when they're together how he feels about her couldn't be more obvious it's just a pity we weren't able to see it in more episodes

There is actually a scene the morning after that was cut, when Adalind, still wearing his shirt, was taking care of Kelly and Nick woke up and was checking her out.😍 i wish they'd show it.

I wish a lot of the deleted scenes were shown because most of them flesh out Nick and Adalind's relationship. I love this scene when Nick comes home late at night, and Adalind and Kelly are nowhere to be seen. He panics, and that's when Adalind is coming from the roof with baby Kelly.
Where can I see it
I never rooted for any TV couples. However it changed with these two. Amazing chemistry. Claire and David were awesome! Be it hate or love their chemistry and performance was one of highlights of Grimm 😍
I was rooting more for Monroe and Rosalee.
These two have incredible chemistry. The funny thing is, all the while David Giuntoli and Bitsie Tullock (Juliette) had started dating IRL and ended up marrying, while in the show they broke up and Nick ended up with Adalind.
What people miss is the fact that Nick and Adalind had a moment when he first saw her as a hexenbiest the very first episode, and that he was sort of enamored with her for a few seconds. For me it felt more natural for Adalind to be Nick's lady. I just wish that they had more of a stage to have grown their relationship during the series because it was pretty entertaining! I won't lie, I waited for the hexenbiest in her to come out more when she got upset just to see Nick's reactions lol. David and Claire did a fantastic job of conveying the story in the time they had to tell it in!
I either want the show to return or a trilogy of TV movies, I’m not asking for much...just a little.

I wish that the series covered more of Nick and Adalind so there was more to know about how things ended for them. It was cool they let everyone know they were together 20 years later but still. They had a better way to interact that was comical as well as serious, and fhat is what causes me to have a real fondness of them.

Anyone else creeped out by how Adalind got that baby?
Nick and Adalind had more chemistry from episode 1 till finale than Juliette and Nick did and Giuntoli and the actress that played Juliette were together and are married in real life. That's ironic and a proof of how good actors they are (Giuntoli and Coffee)
Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor did not have good screen chemistry, either :-) . It might be a directorial choice that ended up in the series Bible, to explain why Juliette and Nick were not married at the series start.

Nick discovered Adalind, who she really is. He discovered her personality. She is natural and simple. No makeup no fancy clothes.
Nick just sat on a chair and shared his life with Adalind as a normal couple and that is so cute! So natural and authentic.

I love this scene. And, like many people I think they make more sense than Juliette and Nick. Now, I don't think that J and N made a bad pair in the beginning, but as the series progressed and after what they went through, I think that both N and J loved the idea of each other more than the person they were living with. And it is very clear when J turns N down on the marriage proposal, and when she shows Nick that she had turned into a Hexenbeast. Nick didn't really supported her, he wanted to turn her back to the way she was, and he kept pushing even when told that there was no turning back; I think that hurt even more Juliette and made her even angrier.
But with Adalind, I always felt Nick accepted Adalind for who she was, and he was extra merciful with her. Yes, she was bad and did many bad and questionable things, but I always thought of Adalind as a "soldier". So long as she didn't have anything more important for her than herself, she happily abide with her employers. Once Diana was born, she learned what it was to love someone more than herself, and even though Nick did what he thought was best for Diana, it doesn't take away the fact that he separated mother and child. And yes, I too felt Nick and Adalind had more chemistry since season 1, although I never thought they would end up as a couple.
He was very merciful! I think that's because N knows the type of person A is. He has seen the worse of A from s1. She couldn't do anything eviler that would surprise N. I feel like that's a level of acceptance.
N didn't get the chance to go through the "faze" when it came to J changes hence, he couldn't accept.

yes...and? we are talking about their tv relationship not the relationship between two real people. The fact is that the writers didn't do a good job really developing the relationship between Nick and Juliette and they came off more as overly familiar roommates than they did a couple of several years.

Partly because we saw David and Adeline falling in love and all that pent up angry tension both had for each other gave their relationship more realistic vitality. Meanwhile David and Juliet relationship start off as if they were friendly roommates and didn't really blossom with time, in fact it became more distant with the memory loss etc.
@@Gazznesh They didn't actually it was only when Claire Coffee told the producers that she was pregnant in RL that they decided to take the storyline in that direction plus the fact that as a character Juliette was extremely unpopular with the majority of Grimm fans. Unfortunately apparently when the cast were told that this was the plan from the producers including Nick and Adalind falling in love they were not very happy especially DG and BT who by that time were a couple and did their best, in particular DG to have as little interaction with Claire Coffee as Nick and Adalind as possible. If you read comment after comment on Nick and Adalind videos, fan forums etc people complain that there weren't enough scenes with them as a couple showing the development of their relationship well that's why. Also when Trubel killed Juliette the reason she came back from the dead was because DG threatened to leave the show if she wasn't brought back in some capacity. So despite the very obvious chemistry between Nick and Adalind from the beginning if Claire Coffee hadn't have been pregnant it probably wouldn't have been utilised in the series
@@lisaodom2756 Well, thank you Claire Coffee for getting pregnant! And shame on DG and BT for feeling the way they felt about the switch in storyline. Personally, I think that’s really unprofessional as actors. We’re they that insecure in their relationship they were worried about DG being romantic on TV with CC? That’s ridiculous! Plus, wasn’t Claire married by then having her husbands baby?Unless there is drama between the three actors I’m unaware of I always thought the cast got along well. Furthermore, that attitude was a huge disservice to the viewers that actually enjoyed the series and the relationship, partnership, trust, and love that developed between Nick and Adalind. I was one of the majority viewers that was not a fan of Juliette, the more the show went on before her becoming a HB I thought she became more and more insignificant, and maybe that was the writers fault. I remember had checked out a bit sometime during S4 and when I heard her character died I was glad. I said, now I can return to the series and watch without her there. Little did I know they would bring her back as Eve, and oddly I liked her as Eve. BT was much better as Eve or even a bad Juliette than good Juliette. However, I did always feel that the scenes with Nick and Adalind were lacking and that was always disappoint, especially bc the series ended with the 6th season, which don’t get me started that they only had 13 episodes when every other season had 22 episodes. Not to mention the I keeping uncovering deleted scenes that were of Nick and Adalind! Regardless of the shows intention, I will always be a fan and of the belief that Nick and Adalind made the most sense.

Adalind and Nick look much better than Juliet and Nick, but it's personal my opinion, their life together was not much not deft considering the history and continuation of their relationship is not surprising.
I love these together since season 1. However, feel bad for juliette. She suffered so much and became a hexenbiest trying to give Nick what he wanted most, as per her will. Still, Nick should have supported her when she became a wesen, like he supported Adalind.
I think it was too hard for him to support Juliette at first. Out of all the creatures to turn into, Juliette turns into the one he hated/feared the most. He had no good interactions with Hexienbeasts at the time. They were either trying to kill him or his family and friends. Plus, he had all this guilt/shame over what happened to Juliette. He blamed himself. I think that is why he couldn't look at her at first. He tried to make it work, but she wouldn't listen. The power was starting to control her at that point. I think he would have supported her eventually after he worked out his feelings. I don't blame him for his initial reactions. It was such a shock. But, all that said, I still prefer him with Adaline.

Even though he tried to adjust Be willing to accept what has happened. and find a solution or even how to live together without any thoughts of abandoning her But Juliette wouldn't cooperate. I feel sorry for Juliette
I sort of felt by season 3 juliette was....well...sort of selfish. I mean I get it! I didn't dislike her and she was thrown into this world she never would have guessed existed or be a part of. But who nick was becoming and who Juliette was at her core...they didn't match. Nick the cop sure. Nick the grimm...no. Juliette would never have accepted the warehouse/home idea. Adalind knew this world and the risks, so in many ways she allowed nick to be who he was. Not who he thought he should be or change himself to match his partner.
Why? She became a powerful Hexinbiest.

She may have become a Hexenbiest because of Renard's Mother but her nasty, deceitful and hateful personality was all her own.
She could have chosen to stay good but her choice was to be evil. Her deeds are irredeemable.
