Vitpilen is never fully smooth but the experience is consistent and post 120-ish you'll feel some vibration starting out.

Finally Looks like an overall good product from Sweden. Good to see the standards of Motorcycling are increasing and Europeans are playing a major role in this revolution. An awesome discussion by you both 💯
I bought this one on yesterday over the speed 400… I loved the machine refinement Feet and finish Exhaust sound Electronics Style I have used pulsar 220 almost 13 year then I am going with this.. Simple word is, it’s not an ordinary /boaring bike it’s a special lifestyle bike..
Thanks for a very enjoyable discussion. I drive by a KTM dealership on my evening commute. Most of the time i see customers testing different KTM bikes. The husqverna bikes are a very rare sight outside of the display stand. I sometimes feel that the proximity to the KTM does not allow the Husqvarna brand achieve a distinctive identity.
I have no plans of ever buying a bike but here I am listening to these two. You dudes could be talking about paint drying and I guess you’d still manage to make it irresistibly engaging - thank you for the content!!
Hi Motorinc, hope you both are doing well. I am confused between N160, MT15 and RTR 200 4v. Which one should I buy? Need for local commute and good mileage. Please suggest.
Had a test ride of the Husqvarna 250 last week. I am in the market for a 250 motorcycle, because I want the balance of contained performance and financial efficiency. And after VStrom 250, KTM 250, KTM Adv 250 and Honda CB200X, I found the Vitpilen an absolute breath of fresh air. So much so, I don't really care about anything but the vibe of this motorcycle. It's like love at first sight. If it clicks, it clicks. If it doesn't you won't turn around to see this bike again. But if you click, brother, you're going to walk down the aisle for sure. I am just mustering up the courage to commit now. Fingers crossed.
I bought a svart sometime back. It's a good bike, not as aggressive as a 390 sure but it has character. The only mental agony I have is the tubeless tyres, which the showroom doing nothing about unfortunately.
Quick summary was so fun to hear, "chillpilen" what a great funky name. Also I noticed Shumi using US slangs like " After 200 kms you gonna need GAS" rather than using Petrol which was something I heard first time in indian motoring scene lol. --->I had some quick question to ask abt my first motorcycle which I am going to buy and I think shumi might add something to that discussion.{also I am upgrading from activa 3g which has 8bhp and 8nm of power figure} -->For my first bike I have thaught of 2 bikes for myself: 1st is xpulse 2004v and 2nd is dominar 250.I am thinking of doing long trips to other state(if my parents agree) for my masters. or else I will be using it most of the time in city ->I want xpulse because I like enduro bikes, its in my budget and I want to buy it because I want to learn to ride tall bikes. ->I want dominar because I love the looks of it, it will give some amount of thrill to me and I want to learn how to handle heavy bikes in traffic and all. >Are there any other bikes around 2.5 lakhs price with manage able power which I should consider or wait to buy till the end of the year? >Also I heard from the motorinc's "first bike" podcast that you should go step wise to upgrade your riding skills, So I don't want to jump from 8bhp to likes of 30ish or 40ish bhp line. I want to experience the middle lane like 20ish bhps.
Hey Meet! We don't recommend the Dominars at all. We'd suggest you re-look at the list and consider everything within your budget up to a max of 30-35bhp. Test ride as many as you can and ping? The Xpulse sounds like a good idea. Be sure to check forums for ownership reviews. The Hero ownership experience isn't quite as straightforward. And do check online for the Xpulse 210 - it might not be too far away
I feel I may be one among those few guys who loved the design of the 1st gen Husquies. The design was radical and quirky. The only reason why I didn't get the cafe racer was because it was not available in 400 cc back then. Iam not a big fan of the reworked design. But i feel more people will like this.
35mins for a Motorinc First video just doesn’t cut it. It needs to be at least 40 mins and above. That’s how much I enjoy watching you guys speak about cars and motorcycles 😅 In the future do you guys have any plans of making videos on let’s say Ninja 650 or Trident 660 or even about your personal cars and/or bikes you guys have owned in the past or currently? Really looking forward to your future videos regardless. Lots of love to both of you guys and the entire Motorinc team. ❤
I recently owned this bike ,I use to own R15v3 past 5 years . The R15 was very committed and was not so practical as my parents facing problem in pillion seat . So felt need to upgrade for better practicality and pillon comfort .I have driven the RE classic but didn’t find it exciting over 80 kh/hr . And So on gone through all bike in this segment and price range . And finally bought the chillpilen 250✌️. "People reaction: is it An EV or CNG". so looks are subjective, I’m not fully convinced with the design(drl is a miss) but can live with it . These days finding character in a motorcycle is getting tough but this bike have it own vibe. It’s smoother than duke but doesn’t lag behind . Also my parents really like it because of its practicality and pillion comfort .And it’s easy to manage and pocket friendly ,although the pricing felt little expensive but not much of a deal breaker(on road:2.60lac). Unlike ktm duke this bike will earn you some respect in society .Highly recommended for beginners. Key features it gets 1.ride by wire 2.quick shifter + 3.slipper and assist clutch Thank you Motorinc for this review
Something interesting would be if Kartikeya also takes rides and talks about what the bike was for him as well. One thing I notice about my style of riding is, I'm pretty much on board with Schumi. I find riding my Xpulse on the road boring and find my Duke 390 more interesting. I took a test ride of the RS457 and I wasn't exactly thrilled about it. I was enjoying it, but it didn't excite me because I felt like my duke had a more murderous aura to it that suited my flavour. So for me, when I talk to people about bikes, it's always the ones that are more aggressive that I navigate towards. So imagining someone who's into the "calmer" side also be side by side talking about the same bike would be a good picture to paint.
I got his bike... my first bike... so it's well under control for a new rider. Abs works lik.charm.... the tyre width is so good for the ride... I changed the handle to adventure 250 handle bcos I'm bit taller... only issue I faced was..no aftermarket or company accessories available... had to alter another grab handle for add luggage rack at the back...
The reason why older models had smaller tank, is because it made you stop for refuels, giving the engine some breathing time to cool down and then get going. It really makes a difference when you stop for 10 mins to the engine. The newer engine is SOHC setup, less complex, thus could do more functionally and practically. Everything is done in some rational design and process.
As much as I love these impressions, hearing your thoughts on bigger machines would also be so much fun! The Desert X part just leaves me longing for a little bit super bike content occasionally 😁
Absolutely loved the review. Was waiting for this past six months... Finally bought the Vit few days before this video... Love riding this bike ... Very important points brought out in this video, specially the comparison with other similar priced bikes.... One thing bothering me is should this get heated up so much that i feel the heat radiation on my thighs and face in just four km of city ride from home to office... ?? Any owner feedback on heating issue..?
Shumi & Kartik. You guys make bike riding so interesting that car driving 5:23 nuts like me ( I’ve stopped biking since 2008) almost feel compelled to get back.😍
Hey MotorInc, this is a question towards Shumi. I'm upgrading from unicorn which makes arround 12bhp. I like a little bit of off-roading since my unicorn doesn't have abs, it's fun to slide the back wheel haha but i recently rode R15 which helped me appreciate how beautiful the commited nature feels like. Cutting the cake, if i were to buy a 25bhp motorcycle, ironically in the same price bracket we have vehicles with 40bhp. Looking at Duke 250, we have 400Z as well as 400X almost in the same ballpark It's true that 390 duke might be out of my reach as of now but if we were to look at Swartpilen 401 or even Himalayan it's kinda close to the price bracket as well both around 40bhp. It would be helpful if you can point out which of these 40bhps are actually like a 25bhp in terms of headroom and which of these are in the territory which has a headroom of 50bhp+ class. Really appreciate your response, I'm willing to wait for a proper one from you guys. Take your time. I would also love to put forward the idea that classifying motorcycles in terms of headroom in each category would make a good video :')
11:29 that grabrail is a consequence of customer feedback - “my pilion feels like they’ll fall off every time I accelerate 🤦🏻♂️” Seriously, if you’re riding pilion, don’t be a dead weight. Help the rider out, it’s fun for both people.
I would rather wait around for your reviews even if it's late cause that means the vehicle will be thoroughly tested on the roads as wells and we will get to see the real world issues or advantages. That makes spending our hard-earned money (which is depreciating fast) worth the spend. Never feel rushed. We appreciate what you do here.
The fact that the riding position is not as sporty as before is a bummer. I LOVED the earlier Vitpilen's riding position..... And don't worry about delaying your vids. Schumi's take is worth the wait!!! (I'm typing this slogan for the third time tonight!!! 😉😉)
This genre of a fireside chat about bikes is so fantastic. Time flies just listening to the two of you. The skewed pricing of the 400cc segment vs the 250 segment is going to be a major disruptor, if it is not already.
Contemplating getting back to riding almost after 20-22yrs. Looking for a city bike ( occasionally inter city rides) with pillion comfort. Was looking at TVS Ronin, Jawa 42FJ. What would you suggest? Need not be within the two mentioned. Thanks. Btw love your content
After riding the Himalayan, Scrambler 400x and Honda CB350, I think the Scrambler is a better choice even though I am 55kgs and 5.4 and I want to learn how to ride a tall bike. I will be mostly riding it for the office commute (35kms) daily in Bangalore traffic and weeknd ride and learn riding a big bike. My worry is: 1. The tank range with 24kmpl with 13lts tank in the Scrambler. 2. Height since sometimes I feel am I too optimistic about learning to ride a talk bike? 😏 Upgrading for a Yamaha FZ version 4 bought 7 months back and gifting it to my uncle since its now boring for me apart from the mileage. My uncle is upgrating from 24yrs old Kawasaki Boxer 😂
Hi @abhishekkhanra5137, thanks for sharing. 1. This is definitely a concern with these engines but currently there isn't a solution we can offer you. 2. This, on the other hand, is a matter of practice and something you can definitely get used to. We wouldn't use this as a reason to rethink your decision. Excellent! We're always up for using motorcycles for all that they have to offer! Who's your uncle giving his KB Boxer to? 😅
@motorinc Thanks for answering. Will be buying Scrambler 400x coming week. Full Cash is Ready!! 😏 My uncle won't give the Kawasaki Boxer to anyone. I remember he used to take me for awesome rides before I turned 10. 😅 Too much emotions!! Still clocks around 90 in the highways 😂
Nice video, guys! Very informative. I'm looking to purchase my first bike soon, and torn among this, KTM Duke 250 and Triumph Speed 400. I’m gravitating most toward Husky. Which one would you guys recommend?
All three are similar in at least one way @HermeticAscetic22, they are calm and composed machines but to varying degrees. We'd suggest test riding all of them, ideally on the same day, to know which degree you prefer the most.
Had the opportunity to ride the “Chillpilen 250” and I agree with Shumi’s views on this bike. There’s a sense of real calmness in this bike, something that I’m not used to coming from a Dominar 400 which is quite calm to begin with 😅 but I’ve always considered Husqvarnas to be a lifestyle choice rather than a performance choice like the KTMs.
I have duke 250 for more than 2 years now and it still scares me with it's pace and traffic alertness I need to have, you guys saying it is calm 😂 clearly another level of riding you have reached.. my style is just 90-100 touring speeds and much lower if back roads and a little bit of off-roading and I feel completely satisfied with D250..
The Vitpilen 250 vs bajaj NS200Z/Hero Mavrick 440 conversation is what i have between the BMW 310GS and the Triumph scrambler 400X for the past 6 months.
So I’m not sure but apparently there seems to be internal talks going on in TVS to bring their newly acquired British brand Norton Motorcycles to India. Now why this is interesting is that the portfolio of Norton is basically expertise in litre class motorcycles, which they could trickle down to 500cc with manufacturing in India to reduce costs and price could be a real game changer. And yes, I could very much wrong on this too, but I’m gonna keeps the hopes high
I wanted to understand from you fine gentlemen, why you don’t cover more expensive higher range bikes? I would love to get your take on the Kawasaki versys 650 2024 and the honda transalp 750. Do you have any plans to do these?
The point made in 400s section resonated with my dilemma of picking a 250 or 400. While I've test ridden 400x, 401, H452, G310 GS I've also ridden the D250, Vitpilen, V-Strom 250. I thought I'll get the 401 and that'd be it But the Pirelli thing and showroom staff not interested enough for the brand put me off. Finally I've shortlisted: V-Strom 250 (Lightweight, simple, touring format, better FE and range) and 400x (Much better suspensions, more power and torque, a more aspirational brand) Which of these two would you suggest for daily commute, no off-roading, and once a month tour ~700kms? Both fits my usage perfectly. With VS250 I'll have to deal with stiff suspensions. With 400x I'll have to deal with wind blast and weak lights. Price difference being 70k currently both providing discounts.
Sounds like my dilemma. I am looking at the same options for the same reasons. The Vstrom 250 is a bit out of date and I keep wondering if a facelift is around the corner.
@@aceleon6237 It’s only been 2 years since VS250 has been launched so I highly doubt a facelift is coming soon. Even if they do it’ll be a new color scheme or sticker job at max nothing major
Hey @bhrameshvaria and @aceleon6237! If you're not a completely new rider, we'd suggest you pick the larger engine. It'll feel better in all conditions, and the 400X is quite a bit more comfy than the VSX250
So does vitpilen have the same option of reduced display as the svart 401? Also could the vibration on the right footpeg be due to the different subframe compared to the 250?
No, @akbs8347. LCDs aren't flexible enough like TFTs to have alternative layouts. According to our info, the upper subframe is different but the mounting for the footpegs (where the vibration appears) is exactly the same
Hey @motorinc, You are saying Vitpilen as calmer and u mentioned the Suzuki 250s also as calmer ones. So how would you compare this with all the 250s. Pulsars, Gixxers and KTMs
Pulsar 250s: they're comfy, hardcore commuters. Not very exciting Gixxer 250s: Very similar to Pulsars in feel, much higher quality. KTM 250 Duke: slightly sharper than Vitpilen, more fun to ride.
I love your videos guys. The way you both conversate and explain the behavior of the bikes. I'm looking to buy a mid lever tourer which can do a bit of offroading. Can you guys make a video about the best options available in India. And shortly upcoming ones. I currently ride duke 390 2018 model. Thanks
Sir,which motorcycle should i choose in 250 cc for bad roads with good suspension..?tell me please...i am confused so much of about that...Tell me as can you fast🙏🏻❤️
Hello Folks! Quick question-thinking of switching gears (pun intended) from a Himalayan 450 to an RE Guerilla because of a work transfer. Hyderabad, here I come! So, is the Guerilla worth exploring? And while we’re at it, can anyone enlighten me on the possibility of getting a BH plate for a 2-wheeler? Been with the same company for 14 years and move around every 2-3 years, but Mumbai is still home sweet home. Love to hear your expert advice! Cheers! Probably not the best forum to ask this but it was the most recent video from the folks i trust and love listening to... Cheers again!
Hey @audesai! We'll discuss the G450 once we test it, but we don't think of an Adv and a street naked as interchangeable at all - a test ride should clearly give you a decision matrix to work with. BH plates for 2Ws are entirely possible, of course. You'll need to documentation to prove that your company has multiple locations - enough information on this online.
Hey Motorinc, can you suggest me a best adv bike around 3lacs . It should be comfortable to go to everyday office and and it should tour 400 to 500km effortlessly.
Guys what about the HONDA CB300R? So fits same range and also as a first bike you don’t have to worry about maintenance and being too much! It’s a question I’ve had for a long time! Thank you
@motorinc, your bike review videos are so tempting. I love the way Shumi Sir shares his riding experience with bikes. It's so satisfying. Hats off! 👌🏻👍🏻👏🏻. I want to know if there is any chance that Husqvarna will launch Svartpilen 250 in Indian market ??, as I have heard in news around in Feb. & Mar. 2024, that the Svartpilen 250 going to be launched in 2024, as it it's homologated in India. Please share your opinion. Thank you.
Can we have episode explaining the tyre to machine connection … I mean how to choose one depending on you riding style also how to take care and symptoms when your tyre goes bad.
If you are saying mrf revz c1 tyres are good enough then these tyres are most value for money as they cost half of the price of mrf steel brace. Only one thing we have to bear is punches on revz c1.
28:28 How should someone in the 300-400 adv segment, with next upgrade ideally in 700-800 segment think about the fact that both Transalp and V strom DE are launched with tube type tyres? We cannot consider the tuareg 660, or the Ducati desert X, because of the price quotient. It would be good to know if reviews for any of these bikes are planned.
Currently we don't plan to cover any of these bikes @aakrdwivedi6452 but that's a valid question. Hopefully one that will be taken more seriously by manufacturers.
Thank you for the video. I want to upgrade from my CBR 150R. I'm considering bikes around 400cc. Drove duke 390, but felt that I need more experience and skills to handle that machine. I want a bike for city commutes and occasional highway rides which is fun to ride. What all should I consider? Please help.
Thank you so much for your amazing content! This is my first time commenting on your video, but I’ve been a fan of Sumi since the PD days. While the content on this channel is incredibly rich, I would love to see more information on the RTO scenario in India. It would be really helpful to learn about the dos and don’ts of buying and selling a vehicle, as well as tips on navigating the RTO website. Thank you for considering my suggestion, and keep up the fantastic work!
guys, precisely at 8:40, that's Kartikeya expression summing up working with Shumi. Oh, what a time to give a Galaxy watch with a wide bezel reference! I would call that a Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra or something like that.
I like the front mudguard of this one. Not sure if the style quotient compromises function. On the service side, is the service provided by KTM or do they have their own service centre?

Yup definitely agree 💯
I was wondering is it a hassle to replace Vitpilen's headlight with Svartpilen's? Why not replace it? :3

Sounds like you found the right motorcycle for you @rachitbgupta! All the best, let us know how this goes.
I was riding with pillion on 3rd gear at 25km/h to 27km /h. I was damn impressed
Same feeling here bro
I bought a svart sometime back. It's a good bike, not as aggressive as a 390 sure but it has character. The only mental agony I have is the tubeless tyres, which the showroom doing nothing about unfortunately.
Congratulations Vibhu!!
Yup. Spot on!
you can get the vitpilen tyres for it though right?
What about those tubeless conversations with sealants? Are those any good?
Quick summary was so fun to hear, "chillpilen" what a great funky name.
Also I noticed Shumi using US slangs like " After 200 kms you gonna need GAS" rather than using Petrol which was something I heard first time in indian motoring scene lol.
--->I had some quick question to ask abt my first motorcycle which I am going to buy and I think shumi might add something to that discussion.{also I am upgrading from activa 3g which has 8bhp and 8nm of power figure}
-->For my first bike I have thaught of 2 bikes for myself: 1st is xpulse 2004v and 2nd is dominar 250.I am thinking of doing long trips to other state(if my parents agree) for my masters. or else I will be using it most of the time in city
->I want xpulse because I like enduro bikes, its in my budget and I want to buy it because I want to learn to ride tall bikes.
This one’s more practical for india.
Hey @bondof69! Others have echoed this sentiment too! Fully agree on the previous ones coming as 400s would have changed things
35mins for a Motorinc First video just doesn’t cut it. It needs to be at least 40 mins and above. That’s how much I enjoy watching you guys speak about cars and motorcycles 😅
In the future do you guys have any plans of making videos on let’s say Ninja 650 or Trident 660 or even about your personal cars and/or bikes you guys have owned in the past or currently? Really looking forward to your future videos regardless.
Lots of love to both of you guys and the entire Motorinc team. ❤
Thank you for joining us @yudhajit07! And for the suggestions... 😊
I love the subtle dark humor and the tug of war here.. just so so enjoyable.
Thank you @CJ3B1
Key features it gets
1.ride by wire
2.quick shifter +
3.slipper and assist clutch
Thank you Motorinc for this review
Awesome @idream3903. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the suggestion @akhiljude8803
Well said 💯
Shumi sir !! I'm close to getting my first bike ( with my self earned money, as you insisted).Shall I consider Xtreme 125r ?
Yes! We should have a View story for you soon too!
@@motorinc TYSM !! 🌼🤍

Thank you for sharing @cheekuzee! Glad to hear that you're enjoying it so far. How has the service experience been for you?
@motorinc good... only did first service ... i booked service slot online , no issues...
Suggestion noted!
Congratulations @125junu!!
Heat: Let's see post first service once the engine settles a bit? But faster bikes will generally be a bit warm for sure
@@motorinc thanks for the reply !!
I.ll have some peace of mind now...
Can I put svart401 headlamp and old vitpilen front fender instead of the new one from after market.
😲 Why @ankitjha4474?
Shumi & Kartik. You guys make bike riding so interesting that car driving 5:23 nuts like me ( I’ve stopped biking since 2008) almost feel compelled to get back.😍
Thank you for joining us @octavian2667!
@@octavian2667 I agree. These guys made me realise what I have been missing. About to book a new one 😁
Looking at Duke 250, we have 400Z as well as 400X almost in the same ballpark
It's true that 390 duke might be out of my reach as of now but if we were to look at Swartpilen 401 or even Himalayan it's kinda close to the price bracket as well both around 40bhp.
I have been using this bike for the past 6 months. I always love to ride my husky🤍. For me it’s an awesome bike and really underrated.
Glad to hear that @_ROCKY_OP! Thanks for sharing.
Hey man. Can you please tell me about servicing charge?
@@vinayakpujari3613 first service cost was around 1600
We are same bro😅. I love how Shumi gives reference points to Karthikeya to explain his experience. 😂
😅
Shumi's communication is just spot on. Never got bored, whoooossh 35 min video passed by.
Thank you Suman.
11:29 that grabrail is a consequence of customer feedback - “my pilion feels like they’ll fall off every time I accelerate 🤦🏻♂️”
Seriously, if you’re riding pilion, don’t be a dead weight.
Thank you @asitkhanda! Appreciate it.
Will upgrading the duke 250 chassis with the 390 suspension workout? What's your thought on it?
Yup. Can be done!
The fact that the riding position is not as sporty as before is a bummer. I LOVED the earlier Vitpilen's riding position.....
And don't worry about delaying your vids.
Schumi's take is worth the wait!!!
(I'm typing this slogan for the third time tonight!!! 😉😉)
Gotcha @irb911, we just responded to your other comment.
A little confused as to why whenever 250 class and touring comes up Shumi never suggests the Vstorm 250, It's spacious, decent engine, good economy.
The discussion isn't about that @duhanaayush. Besides, the V-Strom isn't a unilateral recommendation! Only specific kind of people will like it.
@@motorinc being in that niche, i guess my views are slightly biased towards ADV bikes. Anyways thanks for clarifying.
This genre of a fireside chat about bikes is so fantastic. Time flies just listening to the two of you.
The skewed pricing of the 400cc segment vs the 250 segment is going to be a major disruptor, if it is not already.
Thanks for joining us @aceleon6237. We think it already is!
@@motorinc For me, with a budget of 2.5l for a touring bike, it certainly has become a bit more difficult.

My worry is:
1. The tank range with 24kmpl with 13lts tank in the Scrambler.
2. Height since sometimes I feel am I too optimistic about learning to ride a talk bike? 😏
Upgrading for a Yamaha FZ version 4 bought 7 months back and gifting it to my uncle since its now boring for me apart from the mileage.
My uncle won't give the Kawasaki Boxer to anyone. I remember he used to take me for awesome rides before I turned 10. 😅 Too much emotions!! Still clocks around 90 in the highways 😂
I have a Speed 400, it can easily give you around 30 kmpl for long rides. It is in the city/short rides the mileage is 25 ish.
@abhishekkhanra5137: Best of luck! Do let us know how it goes
@@motorinc All right, thank you. 🙂

Thanks @snehasishdev3296!
Thanks for sharing @navneeth.r7683

I have duke 250 for more than 2 years now and it still scares me with it's pace and traffic alertness I need to have, you guys saying it is calm 😂 clearly another level of riding you have reached.. my style is just 90-100 touring speeds and much lower if back roads and a little bit of off-roading and I feel completely satisfied with D250..
Glad to hear that @MohdSameer-jw3ti! Thanks for sharing.

The Vitpilen 250 vs bajaj NS200Z/Hero Mavrick 440 conversation is what i have between the BMW 310GS and the Triumph scrambler 400X for the past 6 months.
Hey @puneethmys152! Quality and comfort aside, there's no reason to think 310GS at all. _None._
@@motorinc Yes. that's what i have concluded myself recently.
Although some of the newer 400s are cheaper but would you recommend it over the 250s for someone who’s just starting his riding journey?
No @avishekdiyali, we wouldn't. But would you be willing to spend ~₹2.5 lakh twice within the span of five years?
So I’m not sure but apparently there seems to be internal talks going on in TVS to bring their newly acquired British brand Norton Motorcycles to India. Now why this is interesting is that the portfolio of Norton is basically expertise in litre class motorcycles, which they could trickle down to 500cc with manufacturing in India to reduce costs and price could be a real game changer. And yes, I could very much wrong on this too, but I’m gonna keeps the hopes high
We won't comment on speculation, DM. Let's see once there's a bike we can ride with a price.
I wanted to understand from you fine gentlemen, why you don’t cover more expensive higher range bikes? I would love to get your take on the Kawasaki versys 650 2024 and the honda transalp 750. Do you have any plans to do these?
Can i change the headlight of vitpilen 250?
Like i loved the drls of the previous gens Husqvarna
The point made in 400s section resonated with my dilemma of picking a 250 or 400. While I've test ridden 400x, 401, H452, G310 GS I've also ridden the D250, Vitpilen, V-Strom 250. I thought I'll get the 401 and that'd be it But the Pirelli thing and showroom staff not interested enough for the brand put me off.
Finally I've shortlisted:
V-Strom 250 (Lightweight, simple, touring format, better FE and range) and
400x (Much better suspensions, more power and torque, a more aspirational brand)
Which of these two would you suggest for daily commute, no off-roading, and once a month tour ~700kms?

And while we’re at it, can anyone enlighten me on the possibility of getting a BH plate for a 2-wheeler? Probably not the best forum to ask this but it was the most recent video from the folks i trust and love listening to... Cheers again!
Hey @audesai! We'll discuss the G450 once we test it, but we don't think of an Adv and a street naked as interchangeable at all - a test ride should clearly give you a decision matrix to work with.
BH plates for 2Ws are entirely possible, of course. You'll need to documentation to prove that your company has multiple locations - enough information on this online.
