As a pre medical student studying for medical school, I’ve been so overwhelmed lately but I’ve found that I always feel better when I meditate (I use headspace too ☺️) and workout. Thanks for this routine to remind me to take care of myself 💜

This is so helpful as it's pretty much what I'm aspiring for - I'm working 12 hour shifts and switching from day shifts to nights with no working routine and I find it difficult to make the most of my days off and be productive. How much time do you usually need to feel set up for the day? Loving this calming content x

Having some juice can be so nice. I like to keep a carton in the fridge to have a glass at night instead of a dessert when I'm craving something sweet :) Had my extended morning routinetoday too, involves yoga with Adriene (been trying to do most mornings), followed by full shower with hair wash, then serum and face moisturiser, then proper oiling of my boobs and tummy (am currently pregnant), them moisturise rest of my body. Don't think neccessarily improves my focus, but makes me feel good :) Like a little mini spa day before work lol.

As an aquarius who hates routine and does everything to not have to follow one this video is not my thing.... BUT you always make everything so aestheticly pleasing so i watched it anyway.
