@anceltweaks But I haven't applied KBoost. I use 2 OS's, so in the one where there are no tweaks, GPU clocks are fine, but in the tweaked one, GPU core clock and memory clock are always at maximum. I tried to turn KBoost on and off, but it didn't help. I used performance optimizations, kmb optimizations, disable telemetry, OOSU, and debloat Windows. Thank you for the tweaks, by the way! I've gained +10 fps in my games!
does one of the included tools disable windows security? if so how do I re-enable. I've tried scripts in terminal and powershell and get parameter not found errors. I've tried force starting from Regedit.

This tool is on the more advanced side of things, if you don’t know how to run it properly or cooked your OS with other tweaks, you’ll get worse performance

Did u not listwn to the explanation of why it gets marked as a virus? If you knew how to use virus total you can check the behavior tab and see if it does anything too
