Pointing foot upwards
i needed this as i tore ankle ligaments a few months ago , did all the wrong things no brace , kept playing pickleball on it , now i have the diagnosis , i need to start from scratch again , mobility , flexibility basic strengthening and all angles , slowly but surely " keep up the great work mate

Can you recommend a practice to eliminate crepitus in your knee?
When I go into a very deep squat with my but just barely off the floor I get that crunchy crepitus sound coming back up out of the squat. No knee pain doing that.
I have a video or two with some ideas if you’re interested. Along the lines of “how to fix a knee that clicks”!

Is it okay to squat with a wide a stance? I have excessive hip external rotation but lack hip internal rotation.
