2 Questions: 1. If the jack's hydraulics fail is a jack designed to hold the weight like that on those supports? 2. If the hydraulics fail on the jack and this thing kicks in how will you reraise the car to get the jack out from underneath the car?
My Jack rod is rated at 3.5 ton, it's designed to support like the 3ton jack that I have. Just use another jack and place it somewhere near the defective jack, then jack it up to remove the other jack. Thanks for watching!!!👍
Good question. I was about to order this tool. But, if the floor jack fails there is no way for me to remove the Jack Rod and I only have one floor jack available to use.
My 3ton jack becomes my jack stand when I put this 3.5 ton Jack Rod, I don't use jack stand anymore. Here is the link for the Jack Rod if you are interested (amzn.to/4epKKpS) Thanks for watching!!!👍
If you work on your car often or need to jack up your car often just say for put $25 a month inside of the old pickle jar and four months you’ll have one. Around the holidays it’ll drop down $10 or so. I’m sure.

I the jack fails the jack would have saved your life.
Just use a scissor jack another floor jack to remove and rebuild your faulty jack.
IS IT SAFE? WHEN USING THIS YOU DONT REALLY NEEDED TO ADD JACK STAND NOW?

Jack stands are a PITA to use -- place properly and work around under the car !! And how much is your life worth ? 120 USD ?
I totally agree, anyway Thanks for watching!!!👍
The jack rod cost as much as an entire jack. How is this possible. At 109.00 dollars I will stick with using jack stands.
