You used a CCA setting of 500 on the ancel battery tester. Did that match the actual CCA for this battery?

You would only see an improvement in fuel economy if the new oil is a better viscosity. Or if you went from 0w-20 to 0w-20 you shouldn't see a change. If you went from 5w-30 to 0w-20 then you should see an improvement in economy.

I used Molygen on my Audi q5 2916 and was very disappointed. Before my audi was consuming around 1liter of oil on 3000milesI was using regular Liqui Moly 5w-40 and right now after changing to Molygen I need to add around 1 litter after every 1000 miles.So think twice before doing this.I wouldn't recommend this product

I've been using LIQUI moly in my car after changing factory fill oil since my first change @ 150 miles. I'm very pleased with Liqui moly. car seems to be quieter at start up. And milage is amazing. Also using Bosch oil filter NOT oem fram the destroyer of engines. Just saying.

You need to give it time to work through out the engine.

Better test for oil impact is having the oil analyzed for metal and other contaminants, oxidation, and base depletion.

FYI, Honda OEM oil filters are manufactured by Honeywell, so it's a repackaged orange Fram filter. Anything is better than the OEM filter essentially.

i have a jump starter, i can plug it in at home to charge and leave it my trunk for emergencies. is there a battery maintener like this? i HATE that u have to leave it plugged into AC POWER 🤦🏽‍♂️ car is in a storage unit with no ac outlets

Works fine on passenger side of 99 Mercury Grand Marquis. Does not make full contact with glass on driver side at centre. Wiper arm is longer on driver side. Installed old winter blade which makes full contact. This problem showed up after two months with minimal use. Both blades 22 inches.

I've read tne 5 amp overheats, and tne plastic gets extremely hot and tne aligator clips spark. Lots of people also say these don't last long.

Good you found it since a cracked wheel can be dangerous. A common problem, especially in large wheels with low-profile tires and after-market Chinese alloy wheels. Here because I bought several of those rubber screw in plugs on Temu for $1 ea and wanted to see how well they work. For years I've used the rope-punch type plugs for nail-in-tread and worked fine.

BMW has known that the tick tick noises coming from the engine was always due to worn Camshaft's Lobes. They expect the rich owners can afford to pay for the $4,000.00+ repairs or junk it because the resale value sucks. So anyone got a video on 1986 735i Camshaft removal from the engine that they can share? Total unacceptable & total joke that less than 23K and the Camshaft Lobes are worn. Yes, it has always been serviced by BMW dealership & master mechanics.

I use a lot of Liqui Moly products out of my own pocket and I've had great results. The proof in the pudding was when a friend and I were driving our cars to a track day 300km away. When he serviced his oil on his 86, he didn't tighten the oil filler cap properly - around 20km from the track the cap came off and the engine vented the oil through the cap. We drove to a service station slowly and filled it again with oil - did the track day and then drove home. How did the engine survive? He said he uses MoS2 every single time, every oil change. I rebuild performance engines for a living. I thought the engine was absolutely toast due to low oil condition. But with a combination of regula MoS2 use and some conservative driving until we could fill it up again, it was 100% working and went on to do 20 motorkhana days 10 weekend 1000km hill runs and probably 30 track days - same engine that was run low on oil. He never changed the engine or repaired it - just kept on using MoS2. As a result we have a bit of a superstition around it and we only use it when it is compatible with the oil - you cannot add extra additives to an oil that is already full of it - it will ruin the oil. To do an accurate comparison, it needs to be done scientifically. 1. Constant load on dyno, for same time 2. Measure fuel consumption through a metering device or container / large burette 3. Record results. Now for the MoS2 friction and wear, 3 oil changes with 3 flushes, controlled load. 1. Flush oil, new oil, base line test - capture oil for analysis 2. Flush oil, new Oil, test with MoS2 - capture oil for analysis 3. Flush oil, new oil, Reference test - capture oil for analysis This will test the baseline and also test the MoS2 directly. For me, it's worth the money and fill. I only buy it when it's on discount at 1/2 price and stock up.

Would this be able to supply enough power to keep my battery from dying or even possibly allow me to have my spotlights on for extended periods while in supply mode? The green should be more visible wit UV light. That would help if it is dark and you can't easily see. For example you may be under the vehicle looking up and it is going to be dark there.

Took your advice and tried it. Works pretty good. The masking is the crucial part. I still have a slight paint line between original and new surface. I’m guessing a little compound polish and hopefully good to go. Thx

My instructions say to fully charge the battery prior to using repair.
