Freezer Inventory

Keeping an up to date list on what you have on hand can help with emergency situations such as natural disasters, sickness, etc. It will also provide you with quick list when you are planning your menus so you'll know what you have to cook. An inventory can help items not spoil but actually be used. A freezer inventory will also assist in making a shopping list so you don't overbuy.

Mrs Joan, cream cheese doesn’t seem to freeze so well from my experience. It even says to not freeze on the package.
Do you feel like it doesn’t separate?

It's a little different consistency but I've been freezing for years. Let it set out and thaw and it works great.
