Is cefalexin safe for 9 months .. I have uti and the doctor recommend me cefalexin every 6 hours to take ..is it ok ? Is the baby safe?

so i do have a question tho, if GFR increase, i'd expect urinary output to increase as well, which I would think would DECREASE the chance of a UTI, since you're pushing fluid thru the ureters and urethra, helping mechanically eliminate the bacteria, no?
you mentioned that when GFR increases, there's more glucose for bacteria to consume, so I feel like it could go either way.
what are your thoughts?
Urine sits in the bladder for a longer period of time during pregnancy, supposedly from being unable to empty bladder fully because of pressure from uterus.

No as antybiotyk are not tested on pregnant women. Home remedies pls .The choice it's yours , or u haven't got no choice.

U can skip till 4:11 where she speaks about UTI in pregnancy.
=( I have had 5 rounds of antibiotics in my pregnancy, two for UTI's, one for gallbladder and appendix inflammation, and three for five surgeries I had in my first trimester due to IVF complications (I had to drain 4 gallons of fluid build up in organ region due to overstimulation). I feel so defeated and dont know how to approach healing for me and my babies microbiome =(

My doctor prescribe me pessaries. How can pessary cure uti if the pessary stuffed in the vagina area not in urethra area. Sorry my english is bad. Hope you get what i mean.
+Ann Yunggar pessaries are used in case of organ prolapse not UTI (which is infection of urinary tract)!!!!
