To answer that question, IL is still best in imaginary DPS roles in the current state version of game but if the game already give you a free 5 star imaginary DPS coverage with just slight worse performance than IL (assuming both at E0) then using that jades to pull other valuable characters would be much efficient in terms of combat performance.
Same for tutorial lightcone. It allows Welt to be used in -0,33 SP rotation instead of full negative if you want to get black hole in 3 cycles. It essentially makes him usable as sustain substitute that fills Nihility requirements for Acheron and is huge improvement for E0 Acheron.

I lost 50/50 to sparkle twice and got Bailu both times. Still don't have my 2nd sparkle, no more jade. =(. My only consolation is that it wasn't yanqing. I'll take bailu over yanqing just cuz Gepard is my 2nd solo sustain, and he is doing fine so far, but if I ever need an actual healer for some reason, as someone with no luocha or huohuo, bailu might be useful. maybe... eventually.
I think the property term for Topaz is that she's a FUA enchancer rather than an enabler. She basically functions more akin to Silverwolf where she allow a certain play style to be forced even when weakness is does not match with their current team ( not as effective as silverwolf but makes it easier to force, though you can match your second FUA to match the weakness).
About Dr. Ratio. That is the reason why I didn't pull for Dan Heng IL. I was originally going to pull for DHIL and his e2 but even with that, I already got myself a free Imaginary unit and he is very very good. And that allows me to save for more future characters.

It's crazy how everyone just sleeps on Hanya... The spd and atk buffs are great. Upto 2 skill points every turn, works really well with a lot of sp hungry dps+Bronya teams. Ofc Sparkle does it better, but she's also a fkin 5* char compared to a 4*. Pokke is so out of touch it's insane
Sparkle's release doesn't instantly make her a dogshit unit, however, it's just that Sparkle does everything Hanya does and better so Hanya's overall value drops tremendously. It doesn't make Hanya trash, there's just less of a reason to build her.

Why not use sparkle and hanya at the same time lol, especially in dhil teams. Honestly. I use dhil/hanya/sparkle/fu xuan and I still clear stuff around the same time as I would use my tingyun instead of hanya. She’s def slept on.
everyone just buffs better than her bruh. Her sp generating just straight up isnt enough/valuable enough to be impactful. If you just play an sp positive team SP hungry teams wont be affected like at all. SP positive units tend to be some of the best in the game as well. Pela and Tingyun are way better and if you think Hanya is on the same level than ur the one actually out of touch. She is apart of no ones best team. Literally why shes just an alternative.
1:57 honestly no, Lynx is the best healer after Luocha and Huohuo. She can increase a Preservation or Destruction character's aggro (which is extremely good especially when paired with Blade or Clara), her heals are very good, her eidolons are amazing and buff the team even more, and finally she cleanses debuffs with her ult. These are things you can't say about Bailu, her eidolons are mid to bad, her resurrection mechanics are redundant since a healer should keep the team alive in the first place, no debuff cleanses and her skill's heals are random which is super bad if you need a burst heal on a character. Also Lynx has continuous heals on her skill, like Natasha, and unlike Bailu. Bailu is just bad, worst healer in the game honestly (and I see her getting worse and worse 'cause her utility just isn't there)

I don’t agree on Pokke’s take on Dan IL and Ratio, like saying IL is not worth unless he’s E2 is actually a bad take cause E2 isn’t even that worth it honestly E0 with good supports (Sparkle, Mei, Ting, etc) is more than enough. Also Ratio being Free doesn’t mean anything in the debate cause he’s free in 2.0 to 2.1 after that he’s gone so if are a newer player that ship has sailed and you can’t get him for free anymore. Well this is a 2.0 tier list.. so Pokke is right. Newer players aren't gonna watch old tier list videos anyways. So, once Dr. Ratio stop being free from 2.2, for newer players after 2.2, DHIL and Ratio will both worth the same amt. of jades. Also, DHIL absolutely need Sparkle to be great at E0. If a newer player doesn't wanna pull Sparkle in their acc., Ratio gets more pull value than DHIL. But if they are going for Sparkle then DHIL's better. But still, all the older players will have Dr. Ratio in their acc so DHIL's pull value lowers significantly for older players.

physical mc is awesome.... you just need energy regen and her trace upgrades lets you critical hit on broken characters, so you can use her with any team comp....kinda. BUT ALSO... Hiyaah! bat to the face!
The problem with replacing Topaz with a buffer like Tingyun on Ratio teams is that you won't have the debuffs to get easy follow-ups. Which means you're playing the QQ game where you're just hoping to get lucky. It CAN work, but it's not a reliable strat. Other than that, pretty much agree with everything else
I think Guinaifen is my most-valuable 4 star DoT character now that Sampo's been replaced by BS; I used her to 0-cycle the current MoC 12 with Kafka/BS/RM. Being able to apply Resolution aoe and mark all enemies with fire gives an extra unique DoT type to makes Arcana stack faster and get the biggest possible procs turn 1
I always have a hard time putting the standard 5* sustains above lynx because the extra survivability they provide is simply not necessary in the context of MoC. A properly built Lynx has absolutely zero issues keeping a team alive even in floor 12, so trading her cleanse for more sustain seems completely pointless to me.
E0 DHIL with Sparkle is definitely SS tier. That really deals more damage than Jingliu with Bronya. U can argue he uses a lot of SP, but if you are already SP positive what's even the point of extra SP, better just them. The true skill issue is Pokke uisng E2 DHIL all the time and never really knowing just how powerful even E0 DHIL is right now.
Progressing on relics, especially in shit quantum domain, with a lot of new units releasing which you need to build and spend tonns of resources on them, it's like an account regression overall
Honestly it surprises me how many people fail to grasp this concept. I don't even like or have Kafka. But when more dot characters come out, the better Kafka becomes, black swan on the other hand wont become better with them. That's why Kafka gets the credit for the kafka/BS combo, since BS can easily be replaced by a future dot character, while it's much less likely we'll get a character who does what Kafka does.

@@davidlyons6235so dots are a backloaded form of dmg, enemy only take it on their own turn which is like once a cycle. Kafka bypass that mechanic and trigger any and all dots on her own turn, so basically you prok the same dot like 2-3 times in a single cycle. Kafka makes BS backload DMG into frontload. Also kafkas ult procs all dot on screen that has 100% multiple of current dots. So she does almost same dmg as BS. Ofc you can play BS w/o Kafka but that is just way too slow, like damaging enemies once per cycle. So, Kafka DMG == DMG of applied dots If the future 5* dot has higher dot application than BS then that increases the frontload DMG cause by Kafka. In a sense you can say, Kafka never compete with BS instead BS should worry about future limited 5* dot. Tldr; Kafka improves speed of dots prok, which makes it comfortable to do DMG as you wish instead of relying on enemies turn.

I hear these kinds of comments all the time and every day I test it. No matter what I do a Black Swan run DOT team is always stronger than a Kafka run DOT team. I even give Kafka teams an advantage with a buffer and the result is the same. Black Swan+Guinaifen or Black Swan+Sampo is always stronger than when they're comped with Kafka. Doesn't matter what content I play. Black Swan DOT team comps are stronger than Kafka DOT team comps. A 5* with bigger amplifiers will only widen that between the two.
I have been playing Kafka a lot, and I do not find her strong enough. However, she is not a lighter, her damage is still there and is enough - almost - for pure fiction (she just can't function alone, and even then she needs some really good damage amplifiers + nihility units)

My problem with sustain units they will always be ranked A for me because they give you so much sustain that its not needed like natasha will always be enough unless they up the dmg of the enemies
The thing is that for well built QQ you just need to get autarchy 4 times in a row. If you have her well built 1 autarchy is enough to clear 1st wave. The chance of getting autarchy + 4 of a kind with 2 - 4 skill uses is about 1/2.4. Which gives you 1/13.8 chances to roll it 3 times in a row 17:50. It would be equal to having 41% CR on Seele but you will have to roll more on her, cause she does more attacks so it will be worse. Also not critting will be a much bigger dmg loss then not getting autarchy
I started the game on the Jingliu patch, my first starter pull (the 8 for 10 pulls) was a Bailu, Natasha carried me from Belobog to Phantyllia. I was using Bailu prior to her, but man, as far as leveling/beginner playthrough goes, random healing is beyond ass. Once you get access to modifying builds with ERR rope and other things, sure, but not before you can grind for that stuff. But that's a difference of just looking at the game through end-game goggles versus just starting. Just my opinion though.
Just heard your thing on her revive, I didn't have any wipes through leveling either, because Natasha heals so CHUNKY. My experience again, thus my opinion.
In these videos it becomes more and more apparent mr pokke does not have an objective view on units his thought process is that of a whale which is fine but hes speaking from the lense of less than 1% of the actual player base it really shows on tierlist videos and his latest bronya sparkle video
I agree with pretty much all of his takes as a bp/express spender. Not sure what you think is wrong? Seele has always been incredibly strong on my account up until very recently - in the past she very frequently performed similar to or even outperformed Jingliu. I've honestly gotten overall worse performance out of DHIL - not sure about now with Sparkle (need to test more) but he doesn't seem drastically more powerful vs. just running him with Ruan Mei. If it were up to me, I'd say he's still on the same level as Seele and Dr. Ratio. Based on my experience, I'd rank the DPSs as S+: Jingliu, S: Seele - Dr. Ratio - DHIL, A: all other limited crit DPSs
Fire MC is my sustain / Sub DPS of choice in fire weak MoC and PF stage. (w/ Ruan Mei) Having her in PF helps with surviving just enough without sacrificing the valuable break power. Also Serval deserves to be A rank for she's my only Lightning DPS and she's a great substitute if you don't have Jing Yuan.

Your analogy/term is a bit off. Her break doesn't really increase your speed and therefore you don't have more turns. Instead, it's enemy's turn got pushed back. Also, she doesn't push 100% back. Therefore, you won't delay enemy by full turn.

You can make enemy not taking action at all, but you do not have extra turn comparing to rounds. Side note: Freeze is likely work against you if you have slow since it provided 50% action forward after freeze.
In the case they release a character better than Kafka someday, there will be so much DoT units released by the time that we will be also able to run 2 DoT comp. Or both in the same team like MrPokke said
That bronya take of SS because "can be used with every dps" is so false. Can't be used with Kafka or any other dot teams, can't be used with Jingyuan. Ratio rathers Ruan mei, DHIL and QQ rather Sparkle. Can be replaced with either RuanMei or sparkle for Blade. Topaz is ment to be used in a two dps follow-up team with Ruan mei as a buffer. Ruan mei is better for pure ficton for teams like Herta + Himeko. Bronya only seems broken to people who play Jingliu and/or Seele. Go look at an account that uses neither and you'll be hard pressed to have a use for her.

No, you actually wrong. You should have 4 supports in SS tier and no DPS. Because with this supports even MC or Arlan can perform. DPS rely on supports.
Your Seele 10/400 crit ratio "and resetting until you crit" argument against QQ is a terrible one. Let me tell you why. Seele would have a 10% chance of critting, and if she doesn't, she loses 300% of her damage. QQ's chances of a good outcome is nowhere near as low as 10%, and if she doesn't get that outcome, she doesn't lose 300% of her damage. If she completes her hand too soon, she doesn't lose 300% of her damage. If she doesn't complete her hand, she can fix that with an ult. Let's take this further. On Seele's first action, she has a 1 in 10 chance of critting. You would have to reset on average 10 times to get a crit. If you want a crit on the second action as well, that's 1 in 100, or 100 resets. If you want crits in her first 3 turns, that's 1000 resets. Does QQ need to reset 100 or 1000 or even 10 times to get a good outcome? No. I don't reset at all. On average at the same investment, QQ just does more damage because of AOE. And if we're comparing QQ to a 10/400 Seele, she will outdamage Seele any day of the week. So your 10% crit rate argument is awful. I genuinely cannot believe this $#@%.

As some one who had Seele form the start QQ is realy, most times, better then Seele now in mono quantum. I have an 88% critrate QQ that has 100% with fu chan and she gets 4 of a kind 99% of time with sparkle and her skillpoints. And QQ profits better then Seele from Sparkle. Seele has her own advance forrward and do not profits from the skillpoints like qq. I stoped playing Seele with Bronya very early and prefered Tingyun in Seele Teams.
I disagree with your DHIL take, in fact I think he should be above jingliu. As an E0 DHIL enjoyer he absolutely dog walks my Dr. Ratio’s damage and his damage is calculated to be higher than Jingliu. With sparkle he really isn’t hard to play in my experience.
me as a Gepard player I will say having him with 5k armor on him 2 850 shield is nice and with Fu Xuan you can survive basicly all attacks one shot attacks from bosses

16:30 I think we have been seeing the over praise of Que Que because Volkin did such a good job selling her to his audience that ppl just think there is no point in building Seele now. Whenever I hear these takes nobody is having honest conversations because Mtashed and Volkin thinks in terms of just being f2p while alot of dolphins have a little leg room to snipe an Eidolon or 2 when they want. I personally love my Seele but this game is straying so far away from single target dps that it really hurts Seele's usability in the late game without whipping out your credit card.
That’s exactly why QQ is better. She has the AoE coverage that Seele lacks. Enemies’ HP pools are becoming so high that the things that are supposed to be Seele’s “strengths” really aren’t anymore.
I think everyone should start separating MoC and PF tier lists. And the value of a character should be judged first by how many of each role you need (lets say 2 sustains, 3~4 supps, 2~3 dpss), and then by elemental coverage and push them up because of coverage only if they can beat a higher tier with it.
I typically don't agree with Mrpokkee but when he mentioned his views on QQ and why it's dumb to assume her performance is always at its max. My opinion of him skyrocketed. I can't stand all this QQ love. She works less than 10% of the time and even when she does it's cause your buffing her with cracked supports who could make any DPS unit look good. She's just bait. And this is coming from someone who has had her E6 since july
Yeah no, that QQ take ain’t it, chief. Her odds of getting an enhanced basic are nowhere near as low as 10%. It’s more like 60-70%. Getting the enhanced attack early doesn’t actually lose you that much damage in the long term, unless you’re banking on E4 procs for some reason, and not getting the enhanced basic in 4 skills isn’t a bad thing, because you just Ult and you’ll have the enhanced basic with all four stacks of her buff.
Why did you assume he was talking about best scenario calcs for QQ? in avg dmg calcs QQ is actually better at e6, which is, to be fair, not guaranteed. QQ has the potential to get screwed, but on average does better the Seele and also has the potential to pop off.
i used sampo with black swan in MoC against the death hand in MoC 12, purely because i used kafka in the first half but yeah i havent really used any of the other dots units outside of that
I really didn't understand what was the need for the rant about Seele/QQ. MTashed said that mathematically/statistically QQ does more damage, which is unclear if that means the max or the average damage, and if it's average damage it means all the RNG about the 4 tiles and the Autarky buff already get considered into the calcs. They're also both quantum so the relics talk is even less relevant (if ever was relevant?), I just move my relics between QQ and Seele sometimes, if you got better relics for Seele you also have better relics for QQ, just swap the Crit DMG body for the Crit rate one or something like that if the ratio is skewed
Also as said in the video itself, mobs getting more HP is gonna hit Seele the worst. In the end what I don't like about Seele is that sometimes she just feel like a 5* DPS with no specialty when her resurgence is unusable. Some content are simply like that.
@@MuhammadKharismawan I thought the same, and then I went into 12-1 and had a faster clear with Seele than JY (1 cycle instead of 2 cycle). And I'm E0S0 too. Seele really does scale exponentially with investment. I thought I'd be hard blocked by not being able to trigger Resurgence often enough but it turns out I can pretty easily so long as there are any mobs anywhere (summoned or otherwise). Even just the fish and Gepard's summon allowed Seele to pop off a ton.

I havent used Gepard in MOC since beginning of the game because of the way my dps and supports generally move 2-3 times before he goes again, the shield is off them super fast and so downtime before another ult sometimes is lethal. So Im sustaining with Lynx where I dont really have problems, even on teams with no destruction/preservation she keeps my team safe way more reliably than Gepard. What dps/team is actually comfortable to play with him? (No sparkle/bronya, no fast hunt, no e2 dhil, no masochistic destruction, no speedy tingyun ?)
i used dot team with gepard before huohuo. 135 speed energy rope taunt lightcone, if you can have him at 100% eff res 👍👍👍👍👍 i couldnt but still never died in moc with him
Again the training wheels removed is running no sustain and using an additional harmony thus huohuo should not be placed anywhere near FX when you NEED the sustain. Her concept was bad when released because people were already no sustaining...wish they went more on the support capabilities with her then maybe it would be up for debate.
Gepard is not better than Lynx, because Gepard hase some bad sinergies with SS tier units - Sparkle and Bronia, and also have meh sinergies with Clara and Blade and he struggle with control effects.
Natasha and Lynx will never be better than Bailu.I hate to say but the time when i don‘t have a 5 star healer bailu I can't even clear MOC 9-10.Those two four star healer just thirst for er and sp in general and Bailu can revive your teammate.
Dr.Ratio is free until THE END OF V2.1 so by the time that comes his ranking will definitely be affected

I think the property term for Topaz is that she's a FUA enchancer rather than an enabler. She basically functions more akin to Silverwolf where she allow a certain play style to be forced even when weakness is does not match with their current team ( not as effective as silverwolf but makes it easier to force, though you can match your second FUA to match the weakness).
She also makes elation path in SU easily the hardest hitting path (and also enables some of the blessings to break the mechanics of the game)
MrPokke has terminal 0 turn clear whale brainrot. I'm not sure he's ever even thought of a world outside of that scenario.
About Dr. Ratio. That is the reason why I didn't pull for Dan Heng IL. I was originally going to pull for DHIL and his e2 but even with that, I already got myself a free Imaginary unit and he is very very good. And that allows me to save for more future characters.

It's crazy how everyone just sleeps on Hanya... The spd and atk buffs are great. Upto 2 skill points every turn, works really well with a lot of sp hungry dps+Bronya teams.
Ofc Sparkle does it better, but she's also a fkin 5* char compared to a 4*. Pokke is so out of touch it's insane
Sparkle's release doesn't instantly make her a dogshit unit, however, it's just that Sparkle does everything Hanya does and better so Hanya's overall value drops tremendously. It doesn't make Hanya trash, there's just less of a reason to build her.

Honestly. I use dhil/hanya/sparkle/fu xuan and I still clear stuff around the same time as I would use my tingyun instead of hanya. She’s def slept on.

If you just play an sp positive team SP hungry teams wont be affected like at all. SP positive units tend to be some of the best in the game as well. Pela and Tingyun are way better and if you think Hanya is on the same level than ur the one actually out of touch. She is apart of no ones best team. Literally why shes just an alternative.
1:57 honestly no, Lynx is the best healer after Luocha and Huohuo. She can increase a Preservation or Destruction character's aggro (which is extremely good especially when paired with Blade or Clara), her heals are very good, her eidolons are amazing and buff the team even more, and finally she cleanses debuffs with her ult. These are things you can't say about Bailu, her eidolons are mid to bad, her resurrection mechanics are redundant since a healer should keep the team alive in the first place, no debuff cleanses and her skill's heals are random which is super bad if you need a burst heal on a character. Also Lynx has continuous heals on her skill, like Natasha, and unlike Bailu. Bailu is just bad, worst healer in the game honestly (and I see her getting worse and worse 'cause her utility just isn't there)

7:07 the reason why lynx is higher then bailu and gepard.........is that lynx actually has a purpose that hasnt been powercrept yet, cause gepard and bailu are pretty much worthless to build it u have any of the 5 star sustainers,......while lynx is best in slot sustain for blade and clara because of how PERFECTLY there kits sinergize with each other, and with those two units lynx alwo acts as a harmony unit

If u run blade fast or with an action forward lynx buff expire too quickly, and using blade with a non luocha healer makes u bleed sp
lynx is also pretty much worthless to build if you have any of the 5 star sustainers...her taunt expires way too fast for Blade+Bronya comp, and she can't reliably solo sustain a team.

I don’t agree on Pokke’s take on Dan IL and Ratio, like saying IL is not worth unless he’s E2 is actually a bad take cause E2 isn’t even that worth it honestly E0 with good supports (Sparkle, Mei, Ting, etc) is more than enough. Also Ratio being Free doesn’t mean anything in the debate cause he’s free in 2.0 to 2.1 after that he’s gone so if are a newer player that ship has sailed and you can’t get him for free anymore. Even with that in mind the DMG between them isn’t even that much of a difference tbh but I got to give it to IL cause of Sparkle has given him so much value and he’s also destruction giving him an advantage over Ratio too.

Well this is a 2.0 tier list.. so Pokke is right. Newer players aren't gonna watch old tier list videos anyways. So, once Dr. Ratio stop being free from 2.2, for newer players after 2.2, DHIL and Ratio will both worth the same amt. of jades.
Also, DHIL absolutely need Sparkle to be great at E0.
If a newer player doesn't wanna pull Sparkle in their acc., Ratio gets more pull value than DHIL. But if they are going for Sparkle then DHIL's better.
But still, all the older players will have Dr. Ratio in their acc so DHIL's pull value lowers significantly for older players.

The problem with replacing Topaz with a buffer like Tingyun on Ratio teams is that you won't have the debuffs to get easy follow-ups. Which means you're playing the QQ game where you're just hoping to get lucky. It CAN work, but it's not a reliable strat.

The QQ argument is great. If you love resetting encounters that much just build only crit damage on all your crit dps units and enjoy the resets
I think Guinaifen is my most-valuable 4 star DoT character now that Sampo's been replaced by BS; I used her to 0-cycle the current MoC 12 with Kafka/BS/RM.
Being able to apply Resolution aoe and mark all enemies with fire gives an extra unique DoT type to makes Arcana stack faster and get the biggest possible procs turn 1

I always have a hard time putting the standard 5* sustains above lynx because the extra survivability they provide is simply not necessary in the context of MoC. A properly built Lynx has absolutely zero issues keeping a team alive even in floor 12, so trading her cleanse for more sustain seems completely pointless to me.
If this was an MoC list I would agree with Hue Hue being above Fu Xuan and Luocha. For Pure Fiction and Sim Uni, though... That's craaaazy

E0 DHIL with Sparkle is definitely SS tier. That really deals more damage than Jingliu with Bronya. U can argue he uses a lot of SP, but if you are already SP positive what's even the point of extra SP, better just them. The true skill issue is Pokke uisng E2 DHIL all the time and never really knowing just how powerful even E0 DHIL is right now.
Progressing on relics, especially in shit quantum domain, with a lot of new units releasing which you need to build and spend tonns of resources on them, it's like an account regression overall
Saying Black Swan's backloaded damage shows how powerful Kafka is is tantamount to saying a ton of dynamite shows how powerful a lighter is.
Honestly it surprises me how many people fail to grasp this concept. I don't even like or have Kafka.
But when more dot characters come out, the better Kafka becomes, black swan on the other hand wont become better with them. That's why Kafka gets the credit for the kafka/BS combo, since BS can easily be replaced by a future dot character, while it's much less likely we'll get a character who does what Kafka does.

@@davidlyons6235so dots are a backloaded form of dmg, enemy only take it on their own turn which is like once a cycle. Kafka bypass that mechanic and trigger any and all dots on her own turn, so basically you prok the same dot like 2-3 times in a single cycle. Kafka makes BS backload DMG into frontload. Also kafkas ult procs all dot on screen that has 100% multiple of current dots. So she does almost same dmg as BS. Ofc you can play BS w/o Kafka but that is just way too slow, like damaging enemies once per cycle.
So, Kafka DMG == DMG of applied dots
If the future 5* dot has higher dot application than BS then that increases the frontload DMG cause by Kafka.
In a sense you can say, Kafka never compete with BS instead BS should worry about future limited 5* dot.
Tldr; Kafka improves speed of dots prok, which makes it comfortable to do DMG as you wish instead of relying on enemies turn.

I hear these kinds of comments all the time and every day I test it. No matter what I do a Black Swan run DOT team is always stronger than a Kafka run DOT team. I even give Kafka teams an advantage with a buffer and the result is the same. Black Swan+Guinaifen or Black Swan+Sampo is always stronger than when they're comped with Kafka. Doesn't matter what content I play. Black Swan DOT team comps are stronger than Kafka DOT team comps. A 5* with bigger amplifiers will only widen that between the two.
I have been playing Kafka a lot, and I do not find her strong enough. However, she is not a lighter, her damage is still there and is enough - almost - for pure fiction (she just can't function alone, and even then she needs some really good damage amplifiers + nihility units)
i just want to say that luka skill can also remove a buff from an enemy shes not the only 4 star unit that can do that with her skill

My problem with sustain units they will always be ranked A for me because they give you so much sustain that its not needed like natasha will always be enough unless they up the dmg of the enemies
The thing is that for well built QQ you just need to get autarchy 4 times in a row. If you have her well built 1 autarchy is enough to clear 1st wave. The chance of getting autarchy + 4 of a kind with 2 - 4 skill uses is about 1/2.4. Which gives you 1/13.8 chances to roll it 3 times in a row 17:50. It would be equal to having 41% CR on Seele but you will have to roll more on her, cause she does more attacks so it will be worse. Also not critting will be a much bigger dmg loss then not getting autarchy

I started the game on the Jingliu patch, my first starter pull (the 8 for 10 pulls) was a Bailu, Natasha carried me from Belobog to Phantyllia. I was using Bailu prior to her, but man, as far as leveling/beginner playthrough goes, random healing is beyond ass. Once you get access to modifying builds with ERR rope and other things, sure, but not before you can grind for that stuff. But that's a difference of just looking at the game through end-game goggles versus just starting. Just my opinion though.
Just heard your thing on her revive, I didn't have any wipes through leveling either, because Natasha heals so CHUNKY. My experience again, thus my opinion.
In these videos it becomes more and more apparent mr pokke does not have an objective view on units his thought process is that of a whale which is fine but hes speaking from the lense of less than 1% of the actual player base it really shows on tierlist videos and his latest bronya sparkle video

I agree with pretty much all of his takes as a bp/express spender. Not sure what you think is wrong? Seele has always been incredibly strong on my account up until very recently - in the past she very frequently performed similar to or even outperformed Jingliu. I've honestly gotten overall worse performance out of DHIL - not sure about now with Sparkle (need to test more) but he doesn't seem drastically more powerful vs. just running him with Ruan Mei. If it were up to me, I'd say he's still on the same level as Seele and Dr. Ratio.
Based on my experience, I'd rank the DPSs as S+: Jingliu, S: Seele - Dr. Ratio - DHIL, A: all other limited crit DPSs

Having her in PF helps with surviving just enough without sacrificing the valuable break power.
Also Serval deserves to be A rank for she's my only Lightning DPS and she's a great substitute if you don't have Jing Yuan.

Your analogy/term is a bit off. Her break doesn't really increase your speed and therefore you don't have more turns. Instead, it's enemy's turn got pushed back.
Also, she doesn't push 100% back. Therefore, you won't delay enemy by full turn.

Well... I'm feel uneasy about the way you describe things. Player's turn does not depend on enemies. You can make enemy not taking action at all, but you do not have extra turn comparing to rounds.
Side note: Freeze is likely work against you if you have slow since it provided 50% action forward after freeze.

Ruan mei is better for pure ficton for teams like Herta + Himeko.

Your Seele 10/400 crit ratio "and resetting until you crit" argument against QQ is a terrible one. Let me tell you why. Seele would have a 10% chance of critting, and if she doesn't, she loses 300% of her damage. QQ's chances of a good outcome is nowhere near as low as 10%, and if she doesn't get that outcome, she doesn't lose 300% of her damage. If she completes her hand too soon, she doesn't lose 300% of her damage. If she doesn't complete her hand, she can fix that with an ult.
Let's take this further. On Seele's first action, she has a 1 in 10 chance of critting. You would have to reset on average 10 times to get a crit. If you want a crit on the second action as well, that's 1 in 100, or 100 resets. If you want crits in her first 3 turns, that's 1000 resets. Does QQ need to reset 100 or 1000 or even 10 times to get a good outcome? No. I don't reset at all. On average at the same investment, QQ just does more damage because of AOE. And if we're comparing QQ to a 10/400 Seele, she will outdamage Seele any day of the week.
So your 10% crit rate argument is awful. I genuinely cannot believe this $#@%.

As some one who had Seele form the start QQ is realy, most times, better then Seele now in mono quantum. I have an 88% critrate QQ that has 100% with fu chan and she gets 4 of a kind 99% of time with sparkle and her skillpoints. And QQ profits better then Seele from Sparkle. Seele has her own advance forrward and do not profits from the skillpoints like qq. I stoped playing Seele with Bronya very early and prefered Tingyun in Seele Teams.

I disagree with your DHIL take, in fact I think he should be above jingliu. As an E0 DHIL enjoyer he absolutely dog walks my Dr. Ratio’s damage and his damage is calculated to be higher than Jingliu. With sparkle he really isn’t hard to play in my experience.

16:30 I think we have been seeing the over praise of Que Que because Volkin did such a good job selling her to his audience that ppl just think there is no point in building Seele now. Whenever I hear these takes nobody is having honest conversations because Mtashed and Volkin thinks in terms of just being f2p while alot of dolphins have a little leg room to snipe an Eidolon or 2 when they want. I personally love my Seele but this game is straying so far away from single target dps that it really hurts Seele's usability in the late game without whipping out your credit card.
That’s exactly why QQ is better. She has the AoE coverage that Seele lacks. Enemies’ HP pools are becoming so high that the things that are supposed to be Seele’s “strengths” really aren’t anymore.
I think everyone should start separating MoC and PF tier lists.
And the value of a character should be judged first by how many of each role you need (lets say 2 sustains, 3~4 supps, 2~3 dpss), and then by elemental coverage and push them up because of coverage only if they can beat a higher tier with it.
PF not reliable, buffs change everything!

Yeah no, that QQ take ain’t it, chief. Her odds of getting an enhanced basic are nowhere near as low as 10%. It’s more like 60-70%. Getting the enhanced attack early doesn’t actually lose you that much damage in the long term, unless you’re banking on E4 procs for some reason, and not getting the enhanced basic in 4 skills isn’t a bad thing, because you just Ult and you’ll have the enhanced basic with all four stacks of her buff.
Other than the critiscm you mentioned Mtasheds Tierlist is pretty based.

Why did you assume he was talking about best scenario calcs for QQ? in avg dmg calcs QQ is actually better at e6, which is, to be fair, not guaranteed. QQ has the potential to get screwed, but on average does better the Seele and also has the potential to pop off.

I really didn't understand what was the need for the rant about Seele/QQ. MTashed said that mathematically/statistically QQ does more damage, which is unclear if that means the max or the average damage, and if it's average damage it means all the RNG about the 4 tiles and the Autarky buff already get considered into the calcs.
They're also both quantum so the relics talk is even less relevant (if ever was relevant?), I just move my relics between QQ and Seele sometimes, if you got better relics for Seele you also have better relics for QQ, just swap the Crit DMG body for the Crit rate one or something like that if the ratio is skewed
Also as said in the video itself, mobs getting more HP is gonna hit Seele the worst.
In the end what I don't like about Seele is that sometimes she just feel like a 5* DPS with no specialty when her resurgence is unusable. Some content are simply like that.
@@MuhammadKharismawan I thought the same, and then I went into 12-1 and had a faster clear with Seele than JY (1 cycle instead of 2 cycle). And I'm E0S0 too.
Seele really does scale exponentially with investment. I thought I'd be hard blocked by not being able to trigger Resurgence often enough but it turns out I can pretty easily so long as there are any mobs anywhere (summoned or otherwise). Even just the fish and Gepard's summon allowed Seele to pop off a ton.

I havent used Gepard in MOC since beginning of the game because of the way my dps and supports generally move 2-3 times before he goes again, the shield is off them super fast and so downtime before another ult sometimes is lethal. So Im sustaining with Lynx where I dont really have problems, even on teams with no destruction/preservation she keeps my team safe way more reliably than Gepard.
What dps/team is actually comfortable to play with him? (No sparkle/bronya, no fast hunt, no e2 dhil, no masochistic destruction, no speedy tingyun ?)
i used dot team with gepard before huohuo. 135 speed energy rope taunt lightcone, if you can have him at 100% eff res 👍👍👍👍👍 i couldnt but still never died in moc with him
Again the training wheels removed is running no sustain and using an additional harmony thus huohuo should not be placed anywhere near FX when you NEED the sustain. Her concept was bad when released because people were already no sustaining...wish they went more on the support capabilities with her then maybe it would be up for debate.

Gepard is not better than Lynx, because Gepard hase some bad sinergies with SS tier units - Sparkle and Bronia, and also have meh sinergies with Clara and Blade and he struggle with control effects.
Luka can remove buffs from enemies too for what its worth xD
Natasha and Lynx will never be better than Bailu.I hate to say but the time when i don‘t have a 5 star healer bailu I can't even clear MOC 9-10.Those two four star healer just thirst for er and sp in general and Bailu can revive your teammate.
