havent finished video but i noticed for your dhil lunae x sparkle skillpoint take, ur not accounting for sparkles technique. like yea sparkle only generates 1 skillpoint from her ult if ur constantly skilling, but having those extra skillpoints in the beginning + dhil's free skillpoints from ult and technique makes dhil EXTREMELY comfortable and allows him to do a lot of front loaded damage. by the time those skillpoint issues become apparent, the enemies are probably dead if not, close to. imo he deserves the spot in S+
Also, DHIL best team uses TY. That means he will be able to use the ult more often which also reduce his SP consumption. And Sparkle allows other supports to spam skill as well, which means more easy accessible ults for them.

I like Iyo as a CC but his takes in this tier list vid has got to be some of the most out of touch shit I've seen. *Arguing DHIL is only s+ because of sparkle is bullsh*t cuz literally the same case can be applied to Jingliu, Seele and Blade with Bronya, Kafka with Black swan etc. Arguing a case where DHIL dosnt have his best support but the others do is just hypocrisy at its finest. E2 Lynx is literally there and E0 lynx is literally free. Fu xuan exists. Huo huo exists. Even sparkle has a "cleanse" ( Action foward can act as a cleanse cuz CC like entanglement and Imprison gets cleared at the beginning of characters next turn and Adv forward from sparkle allows Jing yuan to get infront of LL and cleanse his CC. 161 spd sparkle will almost always get the turn right before the 8 stack LL hits and she can almost always bring JY infront of LL to cleanse and get the final 2 stacks of LL). Also, The CC problem isnt something exclusive to Jing yuan. Dr. Ratio literally suffers from the same issue. U literally cannot throw chalk if ratio is CCd. U cannot throw chalk if ur teammates are CCd and cant attack the enemy to trigger the follow up. The hypocrisy is unreal with this community sometimes. Also, im pretty sure when Acheron comes out and she has the same "problems" as Jing Yuan but even worse, no one will call her out like they do with Jing cuz shes a waifu and awooga boobs.

In my opinion, tier lists shouldn’t be made with E0 5* and E6 4*, but that is still the generally agreed upon way of doing tier lists. I have an E2S1 Seele, but only have an E4 QQ even though everyone gets a free QQ, so judging them as E0 Seele to E6 QQ is useless for me. Everybody has different opinions about how to do tier lists, that’s why every tier list video is filled with angry comments and dislikes.

We know how huge the impact of substat stacks is, yet it's very lucky to get good subs, on every piece. That's why. I don't think it is fair to say "you'll get those good subs over time". I play from 1.0, I spent most of my Trailblaze Power on relic farming, and still the best I can do is 75/150 CR/CDMG on a rainbow set.

The point of not using "just roll better" relic is because it skews the stat too much to the minority. And by that point why even look at a tier list meant for the vast majority of ppl, just make a tier list for urself. Everyone has their own opinion, but most tier lists r made to be as objective as possible, ofc in a whale account the value of SW is gonna be different than in a complete f2p account. As for ur E2 Seele example, if u can see that E0S0 Seele is around the same as E6 QQ, I dont see why u cant put 2 n 2 together and know that E2S1 Seele > E4 QQ. But ofc, this can be reliably done if u dont take into account huge variables like "just roll better" relics.

The only reason why his overall dmg output was worse than Jingliu before is because he can't use Bronya if you want sp neutral. Someone also has to point out that the difference between their dmg output before and even after Sparkle's release is negligible and overhyped. In neutral element, Jingliu was only slightly better, and now IL is slightly better. #1 and #2 spot bouncing around between the 2 same unit doesn't change a thing when the two can brute force everything. They even use different supports, teams, and gears. Having either one is great. Have 2 of them you might as well build both.

Maybe its cause i have E0S1 dhil, E0S1 Bronya, Carve the Moon S5 Tingyun and Luocha all with good speed, but i never felt that big of an issue with SP generation, even before i pulled his LC on the rerun. I know i am probably wrong, but DHIL being S+ now cause Sparkle "fixes his SP" for me is wild, specially when the same tier list puts QQ at S tier despite her consuming more SP than DHIL.
I agree that Sparkle didn't "fix his SP". She's basically just an SP positive Bronya that DHIL can use with 0 SPD, that's what pushed him to S+. QQ will never belong with DHIL and Jingliu because resetting is a big inconvenience. Her RNG isn't just about SP consumption, but also getting Autarky, getting multiple activations of skill, and also getting crits.
As for me, it definitely fixed that for him. Back then whenever u want to pop it, u have to use 3/5 SP, meaning u have to micro manage the rest of the team a lot more, maybe at times gimping ur rotations. Now it s 3/7, meaning u have a lot of leeway, not to mention having an ult that instantly provides 4 SP is a lot more flexibility. You might not ve faced that issue because it seems like u use a lot of SP possitive characters, but to me, sparkle enables a lot more/stronger comps that I can use w Dhil. As for QQ, ye, she shouldnt be anywhere near A, that part is ass
Pre Sparkle, DHIl e0 fall DHIL had sp needs that were managed by that well built team. Post Sparkle, e0 fall DHIL still has sp needs that are managed by a well built team, typically including Sparkle.

I love how he judges E0 IL without having any experience with him. I do and he's easily the best DPS thanks to Sparkle, and her release impacted him the most out of everyone. Even tho Sparkle is "only +1 sp every 3 turns" she is still able to carry the sp usage of his teams and allow other supports to skill more often as well. He 100% deserves the S+ tier.
The moment content would hit hard enough to not allow sustainless run and tanky enough to let JL and DHIL run through all their frontloaded damage advantage, they both are cooked.
@@sydorovich2532 As someone who achieved some 0 cycle runs, they are really not worth it. The RNG and investment required to achieve them is very high in some cases, especially when doing sustainless runs. I will just stick to judging characters on teams with a sustain.
You should always use Sparkle's technique before entering a battle, this logic is also the same for Ruan Mei. You'll be feeling a big impact just by using their technique in the beginning of the battle.
i pulled dan hung and his lightcone. his lightcone lets him ulti pretty consistently with an er rope and tingyun. Its a very uncommon playstyle, but you can run bronya for the dmg increase and basic attack into enhanced basic attack. you're basically using the ulti for skill point management. for the very few people who play dan hung like this, sparkle is an absolute W.
I've played E0 DHIL like that on a number of occasions. Both speed tuned +1 w/ Bronya in both atk boots relying on Hanya speed buff or with speed boots. I don't always run that though. Mostly it depends on what I needed for each lineup. I have 3 relic dps sets that I swap around (1 Wild Wheat x4, 1 Genius x4, and 1 that's just rainbow). I have a limited amount of relics with good crit stats or atk% stats. I have a Hanya that drops 32 speed. I can run DHIL w/ atk boots using Hanya or fast DHIL w/ speed Boots just tuned with Bronya (sometimes do the same with Argenti or Seele...depends on the lineup). I have run Argenti both atk% or speed boots too. I have also run speed DHIL with no Bronya or even no Hanya pre-sparkle. I have Sparkle and S1 now so that's not gonna happen nearly as often.
I've run him a number of times that way with Bronya. It works fine. The extra energy from the extra basic and skill point helps make up for the lack of Tingyun or Huohuo if I need them on the other side.
As another E0 DHIL main, I also never ran into any skill point issue before sparkles release cuz Ting Yun and Ruan Mei are very skill point positive so is my tank. They are all faster then DHIL and generates a ton of sp of him to use. Anyone who complains about his skill point usage has skill issue. Cuz even without Ruan Mei, there are other supports like pela and Asta who can provide sp.
I have never had an sp issue while E0 Dhil. RESPECTFULLY if you have any it's a skill issue. Ruan mei ( or bronya), Dhil, Tingyuan, a high speed sp postivie support. 3sp basic attacking every Dhil turn. F2p lightcone.

Everyone but the signature LC guy (same thing really) mentioned Tingyun, including me, but I said in the absence of her. I don't have sp issues whether I run him tuned with Bronya or not, but I've found speed tuning him to Bronya is especially good when running Tingyun on the OTHER side with a different DPS (someone even more reliant on ult like Argenti). Signature LC is essentially the same thing. Sig and Tingyun give free energy which contributes to skill point management. Similarly tuning DHIL with Bronya adds an extra basic and skill point contributing to both sp management and energy. I lost my 50/50 on Ruan Mei. Rip me. True skill issue.ecause m
I think CC sometimes forgor that Sparkle gives +3 sp right off the bat with her techq, also for the first ult(MoC) its on second turn. At 8 of her turn, she generating +7 sp. But The longer the fight, indeed her sp generation become worse.
@@shounen17 The only support Jingliu can use optimally that DHIL can't is probably only SW and Bronya. People say Jingliu is flexible, because for the longest time Bronya was the only 5 star Harmony, but that obviously no longer applies.

Jingliu can do her entire rotation without anyone's help, Jing Yuan can't since he won't reach 10 stacks without specific units helping him. DHIL getting cced won't do anything other than slow him down, but JY getting delayed means he will probably lose stacks and maybe delay LL, completely ruining his damage. That's the point they're making, he legit doesn't function properly without help.

When I use my Dr Ratio with my s1 Topaz and Ruan Mei, Ratio doesn't really lose damage at all, his kit works the same way as it would if I replaced Topaz with Silver Wolf. If I were to put JY with Topaz, I can no longer use Ruan Mei because then he won't always reach 10 stacks but if I give him Tingyun to help with that then Topaz won't receive any buffs. Same thing with sustains, sometimes you would rather give Fu Xuan to the other team but JY relies on her a lot against some enemies so it might not be possible.

U can't do this every turn tho since E1 and s1 have CDs if they proc. I run this with my E0 IL and E2 Bronya and this is always the problem I encounter when using them. Hence why I switch to sparkle
@@razergarcia6323 i personally e2bronya e6 yukong and luocha and i use lvl2 basic only once per run (after the 3rd rotation). This is when my yukong uses 1 skill every 2 turn btw. You start with 4 sp. You use 7 sp every 3 rotation (9 + 2 from ult), and yukong (without skill) + luocha generates 6 sp every 3 rotation. So you can make 12 rotations before needing sp with this comp. Now if you use tingyun or ruan mei you can make more or less respectively

The problem with "just farm better" for seele is... you could, but you could just do the same for other characters, and youd get even more return on investment. Just because "3 years of relic farming" worth of stamina on seele is enough right now, its not a strong argument in her favour when months worth of relics let other characters in that tier perform just as well.

Duo DPS is good but compared to Hypercarry it’s not even debatable. I feel like once we get a unit like Sparkle but advances forward in their base kit then I can see Duo DPS being pretty good.

I built my Seele first, not well, yeah, she's on Musketeer. Still on Musketeer. Still helping out, even in Pure Fiction. But I also built - to some extent - my Qingque since she's E6. And she helped me clear the current MoC Stages 11 and 12 (Dreamland of Longing) with 3 stars both. Really, I prefer one to the other sometimes, they feel interchangeable since I cannot farm "to the death", I am a busy person.

Sparkle also fixes QQ getting 4 of a kind before her turn because she acts faster, crit rate can be fixed with builds, dr ratio suffers from the same problem of being 1 hit only
at the 32 minute mark Iyo is actually kinda spittin cuz even in lower difficulty content single target DPS struggle. This is a bigger issue for newer players as well because as someone who started when HSR came out on Playstation, i legit struggle with the 1.6 bug, the follow up relic domain etc. Getting to the elitist unrelatability takes time/money, and when your characters struggle to beat the stages to grind the materials to achieve that level it gives people a different perspective, like i still think Clara is better than Ratio because Clara is more reliable and easier to farm for. My ratio is collecting dust cuz i cant beat that big blue beetle

Sparkle to dhil is huo huo to jing liu. While huo huo allows jing liu to almost infinitely stay in her enhanced state, sparkle enables dhil to make the most of action value manipulation while maintaining the skill point economy to allow for 3 skill point mega nukes each turn. In this way, I don’t think sparkle makes dhil s+ tier, but I do think e0 dhil is better than e0 dr ratio now. (Huo huo didn’t make Jing liu ss tier either, she was already busted) Also qq over seele has to be a gag at this point just to get Mr chokke to react.

Sparkle is generally preferred over Bronya, but Bronya is still the better option for Blade & Jingliu mains. Get Bronya anyways, she's still the best choice in there. Only get Himeko if you're building her with Herta for PF, and Gepard if you're not picking up Fu Xuan or Adventurine.
Sparkle is just the "Avatar of team comps", since she can be placed anywhere and make any team comps work. Even Bronya with Sparkle works smoother. Else Bronya would need two members with 3 SP positive generation. Like Pela, Gepard, or 4 sp Multiplication LC high speed Lynx, in order for Bronya to skill spam, and have enough for the DPS to skill too.
Man never 0 cycle with Kafka? I comfortably do that without even trying... Kafka/Swan/Ruan Mei/HuoHuo team is insane. I never even try to 0 cycle (and i dont do it often with other teams) but that DOT team is so damn easy

Imo sparkles impact on dhil isn't just sp recovery( like you said she is sp +1) it's the fact that dhil now has a bronya, before sparkle dhil wasn't able to act multiple times and use his full kit without any push back due to not having enough sp like every other dps such as jingliu and blade etc... with the use of bronya, him having a sp+ bronya is so fucking massive for him it's not even funny cuz of his high high high multiplers(you always praise jingliu huge crit value but over looking dhil numbers without even needing such crit value) I think that mr pokke is trying so hard to not praise dhil cuz of his e2 brain rot that it butchered his opinion on him at e0, respectful ❤❤

I would say, speed tuning with Sparkle is indeed a pain. If u cant get 174 spd (plus with RM on team as well), it will just be an okay build and nothing crazy. I myself only has a 165 spd Sparkle and I needed to run my E1 Huohuo + Ruan Mei just to reach 184 spd which is pretty eh as I pulled Sparkle for DHIL but i basically only want to use RM with Jingliu.
174 is only important for 0 cycles lol, if ur not 0 cycling, 174 spd is irrelevant, 161 gives the same amount of turns as 174 spd in 2 cycles (0 and 1). 174 just lets u take the turn earlier.

I used to run DanHeng 135 spd boots with Bronya 134. Actually it's a really strong comp, better then other supporter. Now obviously Sparkle took the place of Bronya.

Yup, the base break dmg calculation is the same. They will only vary after the dot/debuff is applied, hence why physical break is stronger most especially with bosses with higher max hp.

Also, The CC problem isnt something exclusive to Jing yuan. Dr. Ratio literally suffers from the same issue. U literally cannot throw chalk if ratio is CCd. U cannot throw chalk if ur teammates are CCd and cant attack the enemy to trigger the follow up. The hypocrisy is unreal with this community sometimes. In my opinion, tier lists shouldn’t be made with E0 5* and E6 4*, but that is still the generally agreed upon way of doing tier lists.
I have an E2S1 Seele, but only have an E4 QQ even though everyone gets a free QQ, so judging them as E0 Seele to E6 QQ is useless for me.
Everybody has different opinions about how to do tier lists, that’s why every tier list video is filled with angry comments and dislikes.

IMO, relics with only main stats + BIS sets considered are the way to go. We know how huge the impact of substat stacks is, yet it's very lucky to get good subs, on every piece. That's why.
I don't think it is fair to say "you'll get those good subs over time". I play from 1.0, I spent most of my Trailblaze Power on relic farming, and still the best I can do is 75/150 CR/CDMG on a rainbow set.

The point of not using "just roll better" relic is because it skews the stat too much to the minority. And by that point why even look at a tier list meant for the vast majority of ppl, just make a tier list for urself. Everyone has their own opinion, but most tier lists r made to be as objective as possible, ofc in a whale account the value of SW is gonna be different than in a complete f2p account.
As for ur E2 Seele example, if u can see that E0S0 Seele is around the same as E6 QQ, I dont see why u cant put 2 n 2 together and know that E2S1 Seele > E4 QQ. But ofc, this can be reliably done if u dont take into account huge variables like "just roll better" relics.

Someone also has to point out that the difference between their dmg output before and even after Sparkle's release is negligible and overhyped. In neutral element, Jingliu was only slightly better, and now IL is slightly better. #1 and #2 spot bouncing around between the 2 same unit doesn't change a thing when the two can brute force everything. They even use different supports, teams, and gears. Having either one is great. Have 2 of them you might as well build both.

Maybe its cause i have E0S1 dhil, E0S1 Bronya, Carve the Moon S5 Tingyun and Luocha all with good speed, but i never felt that big of an issue with SP generation, even before i pulled his LC on the rerun. I know i am probably wrong, but DHIL being S+ now cause Sparkle "fixes his SP" for me is wild, specially when the same tier list puts QQ at S tier despite her consuming more SP than DHIL.
I agree that Sparkle didn't "fix his SP". She's basically just an SP positive Bronya that DHIL can use with 0 SPD, that's what pushed him to S+. QQ will never belong with DHIL and Jingliu because resetting is a big inconvenience. Her RNG isn't just about SP consumption, but also getting Autarky, getting multiple activations of skill, and also getting crits.
Exactly, it's not about the SP. It's like "finally DHIL can use Bronya (in Sparkle)". I still agree that he is indeed S+ on the current patch.
As for me, it definitely fixed that for him. Back then whenever u want to pop it, u have to use 3/5 SP, meaning u have to micro manage the rest of the team a lot more, maybe at times gimping ur rotations. Now it s 3/7, meaning u have a lot of leeway, not to mention having an ult that instantly provides 4 SP is a lot more flexibility. You might not ve faced that issue because it seems like u use a lot of SP possitive characters, but to me, sparkle enables a lot more/stronger comps that I can use w Dhil.
As for QQ, ye, she shouldnt be anywhere near A, that part is ass
Pre Sparkle, DHIl e0 fall DHIL had sp needs that were managed by that well built team. Post Sparkle, e0 fall DHIL still has sp needs that are managed by a well built team, typically including Sparkle.

I love how he judges E0 IL without having any experience with him. I do and he's easily the best DPS thanks to Sparkle, and her release impacted him the most out of everyone. Even tho Sparkle is "only +1 sp every 3 turns" she is still able to carry the sp usage of his teams and allow other supports to skill more often as well. He 100% deserves the S+ tier.
The moment content would hit hard enough to not allow sustainless run and tanky enough to let JL and DHIL run through all their frontloaded damage advantage, they both are cooked.
@@sydorovich2532 As someone who achieved some 0 cycle runs, they are really not worth it. The RNG and investment required to achieve them is very high in some cases, especially when doing sustainless runs. I will just stick to judging characters on teams with a sustain.
You should always use Sparkle's technique before entering a battle, this logic is also the same for Ruan Mei. You'll be feeling a big impact just by using their technique in the beginning of the battle.

i pulled dan hung and his lightcone. his lightcone lets him ulti pretty consistently with an er rope and tingyun. Its a very uncommon playstyle, but you can run bronya for the dmg increase and basic attack into enhanced basic attack. you're basically using the ulti for skill point management. for the very few people who play dan hung like this, sparkle is an absolute W.
I've played E0 DHIL like that on a number of occasions. Both speed tuned +1 w/ Bronya in both atk boots relying on Hanya speed buff or with speed boots. I don't always run that though. Mostly it depends on what I needed for each lineup.
I have 3 relic dps sets that I swap around (1 Wild Wheat x4, 1 Genius x4, and 1 that's just rainbow). I have a limited amount of relics with good crit stats or atk% stats. I have a Hanya that drops 32 speed. I can run DHIL w/ atk boots using Hanya or fast DHIL w/ speed Boots just tuned with Bronya (sometimes do the same with Argenti or Seele...depends on the lineup). I have run Argenti both atk% or speed boots too. I have also run speed DHIL with no Bronya or even no Hanya pre-sparkle.
I have Sparkle and S1 now so that's not gonna happen nearly as often.

E0 Dan Hill main here. You're correct, there's never a point when I do this during MoC even with my E1 Bronya.
I've run him a number of times that way with Bronya. It works fine. The extra energy from the extra basic and skill point helps make up for the lack of Tingyun or Huohuo if I need them on the other side.
As another E0 DHIL main, I also never ran into any skill point issue before sparkles release cuz Ting Yun and Ruan Mei are very skill point positive so is my tank. They are all faster then DHIL and generates a ton of sp of him to use.
Anyone who complains about his skill point usage has skill issue. Cuz even without Ruan Mei, there are other supports like pela and Asta who can provide sp.

I have never had an sp issue while E0 Dhil. RESPECTFULLY if you have any it's a skill issue. Ruan mei ( or bronya), Dhil, Tingyuan, a high speed sp postivie support. 3sp basic attacking every Dhil turn. F2p lightcone.

I don't have sp issues whether I run him tuned with Bronya or not, but I've found speed tuning him to Bronya is especially good when running Tingyun on the OTHER side with a different DPS (someone even more reliant on ult like Argenti).
Signature LC is essentially the same thing.
Sig and Tingyun give free energy which contributes to skill point management. Similarly tuning DHIL with Bronya adds an extra basic and skill point contributing to both sp management and energy.

I think CC sometimes forgor that Sparkle gives +3 sp right off the bat with her techq, also for the first ult(MoC) its on second turn. At 8 of her turn, she generating +7 sp. But The longer the fight, indeed her sp generation become worse.

Jingliu can do her entire rotation without anyone's help, Jing Yuan can't since he won't reach 10 stacks without specific units helping him. DHIL getting cced won't do anything other than slow him down, but JY getting delayed means he will probably lose stacks and maybe delay LL, completely ruining his damage. That's the point they're making, he legit doesn't function properly without help.

Him needing so many things makes him really restrictive. When I use my Dr Ratio with my s1 Topaz and Ruan Mei, Ratio doesn't really lose damage at all, his kit works the same way as it would if I replaced Topaz with Silver Wolf. If I were to put JY with Topaz, I can no longer use Ruan Mei because then he won't always reach 10 stacks but if I give him Tingyun to help with that then Topaz won't receive any buffs.
Same thing with sustains, sometimes you would rather give Fu Xuan to the other team but JY relies on her a lot against some enemies so it might not be possible.

This is when my yukong uses 1 skill every 2 turn btw.
You start with 4 sp. You use 7 sp every 3 rotation (9 + 2 from ult), and yukong (without skill) + luocha generates 6 sp every 3 rotation. So you can make 12 rotations before needing sp with this comp.
Now if you use tingyun or ruan mei you can make more or less respectively

I built my Seele first, not well, yeah, she's on Musketeer. Still on Musketeer. Still helping out, even in Pure Fiction. But I also built - to some extent - my Qingque since she's E6. And she helped me clear the current MoC Stages 11 and 12 (Dreamland of Longing) with 3 stars both. Really, I prefer one to the other sometimes, they feel interchangeable since I cannot farm "to the death", I am a busy person.

This is a bigger issue for newer players as well because as someone who started when HSR came out on Playstation, i legit struggle with the 1.6 bug, the follow up relic domain etc. Getting to the elitist unrelatability takes time/money, and when your characters struggle to beat the stages to grind the materials to achieve that level it gives people a different perspective, like i still think Clara is better than Ratio because Clara is more reliable and easier to farm for. Sparkle to dhil is huo huo to jing liu. While huo huo allows jing liu to almost infinitely stay in her enhanced state, sparkle enables dhil to make the most of action value manipulation while maintaining the skill point economy to allow for 3 skill point mega nukes each turn.
In this way, I don’t think sparkle makes dhil s+ tier, but I do think e0 dhil is better than e0 dr ratio now. (Huo huo didn’t make Jing liu ss tier either, she was already busted)

Sparkle is generally preferred over Bronya, but Bronya is still the better option for Blade & Jingliu mains. Get Bronya anyways, she's still the best choice in there. Only get Himeko if you're building her with Herta for PF, and Gepard if you're not picking up Fu Xuan or Adventurine.
Sparkle is just the "Avatar of team comps", since she can be placed anywhere and make any team comps work.
Even Bronya with Sparkle works smoother.
Else Bronya would need two members with 3 SP positive generation.
Like Pela, Gepard, or 4 sp Multiplication LC high speed Lynx, in order for Bronya to skill spam,
and have enough for the DPS to skill too.

Imo sparkles impact on dhil isn't just sp recovery( like you said she is sp +1) it's the fact that dhil now has a bronya, before sparkle dhil wasn't able to act multiple times and use his full kit without any push back due to not having enough sp like every other dps such as jingliu and blade etc... with the use of bronya, him having a sp+ bronya is so fucking massive for him it's not even funny cuz of his high high high multiplers(you always praise jingliu huge crit value but over looking dhil numbers without even needing such crit value) I think that mr pokke is trying so hard to not praise dhil cuz of his e2 brain rot that it butchered his opinion on him at e0, respectful ❤❤

I would say, speed tuning with Sparkle is indeed a pain. If u cant get 174 spd (plus with RM on team as well), it will just be an okay build and nothing crazy. I myself only has a 165 spd Sparkle and I needed to run my E1 Huohuo + Ruan Mei just to reach 184 spd which is pretty eh as I pulled Sparkle for DHIL but i basically only want to use RM with Jingliu.

174 is only important for 0 cycles lol, if ur not 0 cycling, 174 spd is irrelevant, 161 gives the same amount of turns as 174 spd in 2 cycles (0 and 1). 174 just lets u take the turn earlier.

I used to run DanHeng 135 spd boots with Bronya 134. Actually it's a really strong comp, better then other supporter. Now obviously Sparkle took the place of Bronya.
