@@nakshatramahalingam Dear sir, I had condom sex by 22.11.21 but condom was broken inside during sex and tested negative by taking DNA PCR test on 3.12.22 ( 10 to 12 days ) as per Govt. Doct advice.
After that, i took test 4th generation test -on 26.12.21 which was also negative.
After that again i took test in govt hospital by 26.5.22 after six months which was also negative. But i feels pain in my stomach continuously and having pipple like wounds in my chest and shoulder. So I am unable to believe that i am free from HIV.

Chance for HIV is less, but check for Hepatitis B and C. But as a health care provider you should be cautious and wear protective gears like gloves before handling emergencies.

3 months is the ideal time to detect HIV. In doubtful cases where the sex was with a known HIV positive partner / sexual assault/ indeterminate results we suggest repeat testing after 6 months. No one recommends testing at 1 year

@@nakshatramahalingam thank you doctor, i too tested antibody test after 3 months of risk exposure( condom break) test results came non reactive, after 4 months of risk exposure(condom break ) i consulted you in your clinic doctor before consulting you i asked you and took hiv RNA qualitative pcr test at the end of 4 months, Target not detected, you checked me taroughly and you said your free from hiv, but i didn't believe you, again i had fear and took antibody test after 184th day or after 6months of risk exposure (condom break) results came non reactive, as you said reports didn't change, now only i understood doctor, never forget this help in my life and never ever repeat this thing in my life, thank you very much for your support doctor,❤️
