Part 3 Dio honestly might be the best choice here. Pucci was a relatively normal person and was able to befriend Dio by basically just having conversations with him. If you're a partially interesting person with questionable morals (or just lie) he might spare you. Unless he tries to give you a stand then you're probably dead or you get a super power. If Dio seems some sort of potential in you he might try to recruit you and get you to join him in attaining heaven or just serving him like Vanilla Ice. Part 1 Dio on the other hand is an absolute mence who would 100% kill you on sight. He'd probably turn some of your loved ones into zombies too just to mess with you.
The problem is that at that time, Dio was enacting his plan and needed someone to be his friend. That said, if you were appropriately subservient and/or interesting enough, he'd likely do what you suggested. Out of all six other than Kenpachi, he's the best choice for your survival.
I have a burning hatred for Jojo and despise speedwagon more than any other fictional character (and he pushes past a lot of real people as well). I dropped Jojo's at the end of part 2, would my hatred be enough for me to get a pass with part 3 Dio?
Kenpachi is commonly a very sweet guy, the reality of it is Ichigo was not only an intruder but someone Kenpachi respected enough to waste his time on.

I feel like it depends on which Dio you use, Part 6 Dio would be the safest because he’s at his weakest and he might even want your help, Part 3 Dio is unhinged but mostly just a troll rather than a complete psycho, and Part 1 Dio would slaughter you just to get a bite to eat

Part 3 DIO is just part 6 DIO, but when a Joestar is close by. Also, part 6 DIO is not an accurate representation of him because all of his scenes he's with Pucci, the only character in the franchise DIO likes, so I doubt he would treat you well.

Regardless of how Kenpatchi acts, he isnt a blood crazed maniac. He isnt really interested in killing, he is interested in FIGHTING and if you arent strong enough to interest him, hes just going to ignore you. Hell, he might even be down to teach you a few things to pass the time.
Problem Kenpachi would be a shit teacher, he has some much natural power talent, crack head determination and black airforce energy he beat Unahana as a kid before Beeing taught how to swing a sword normaly with like 2 hands. After learning 2 use 2 hands he was forbidden from Beeing trained more. I don't think yiu could or have anything to teach. Still the safest option he is a good and weirdly kind dude after all.

Part 3 Dio honestly might be the best choice here. Pucci was a relatively normal person and was able to befriend Dio by basically just having conversations with him. If you're a partially interesting person with questionable morals (or just lie) he might spare you. Unless he tries to give you a stand then you're probably dead or you get a super power. If Dio seems some sort of potential in you he might try to recruit you and get you to join him in attaining heaven or just serving him like Vanilla Ice. Part 1 Dio on the other hand is an absolute mence who would 100% kill you on sight. He'd probably turn some of your loved ones into zombies too just to mess with you.
