nah what i love about this game is if you learn and get good you can hit your opponent with a shit ton knowledge checks and weird tricks to say to yourself, "damn that trick i learned from my last asswhooping payed off". you can play ninja substitute yourself with shuriken and catch someone tryna bum rush u, you can quickdraw as cowboy and bounce a bullet off ground hitting them through block. you can airbend as wizard catch someone tryna jump over your flame wave. you can magnet pull someone into a remote controlled bomb as robot. cause thats the thing, this game is a THINKING fighter you don't got no execution skill ceiling if you got the brains to do something awesome you can pull it mid match. Like, how you gonna read a one in 20 moves someone might do in REAL TIME? this game breaks barriers and does it right.
If you don't like wizard, try playing melee wizard! You can use spark bomb to launch yourself, flame wave to extend combos, orb to also extend combos and more!
My favorite thing with spark bomb is shocking myself and using rocket form to shoot into then opponent at Mach 12. One of my favorite spark rocket combos is getting an orb, shooting into the enemy, tp-ing to the orb and shooting through them again.
Orb is my favorite attack, with ninja’s lasers being a close second. It’s like having a teammate that can’t be hitstunned or attacked in any way. It’s awesome
I honestly agree Yomi hustle did a fantastic job replicating the stick fight type fights/animations and has to be one of my favorite games. Also great video
Oh, how obvious it is you don't use DI properly XD. Susanoo is hot garbage unles you are always winning, and even then he gets punked by any zoner or high aeria mobility character. And i'm saying this as someone who has put ~600 hours in YOMI, with at least 60 of them being susanoo.

Nothing tilts your opponent more than using the projectile character to whoop ass up close.
