here's the fun thing i noticed about madness combat!: Every single (skilled) character fights with what i like to call "Madness". Every single movement you make has to be a follow-up to kill something. Fire a gun till it's out of ammo? The gun is a weapon. Throw it and have something else in your hands immedaitely, or be ready to throw hands. Empty a gun, take a melee weapon, kill some folks, throw it, pick up a gun, repeat. Every. single. movement. is lethal. That's how i got through madness difficulty myself and it is my preferred playstyle in Blade and Sorcery too! If you're making your entire body a weapon, you too can be a killing machine like hank!
Appearently both project nexus games take place between 4 and 5, which means hank knew deimos and sanford way earlier than their debut in the animations. Which also means hank might be a little annoyed at the two
@therealcharles9503 that and the fact deimos and sanford had to kill hank because he actively would had destroyed nevada with the destruxtion of the project
Finally, my RUclips recommendation is actually working. Recommend me videos. I enjoy you deserve more views and more popularity. This video is amazing just like you.
3:53 Couple of corrections here, from someone who has been modding the game recently: On Madness Difficulty, all enemies & allies (and the player themself) have 1/3rd of the health per Corpus. Larger enemies are not hit as hard by this - this debuff is divided by their size. MAG Agents, instead of having 33% of their base health, instead have 88% of their base health, for example. Enemies do indeed give the player less breathing room and hold nothing back. Medkits heal one Corpus rather than all Corpus blocks, but this happens on Tough as well. The enemy composition for each mission is the same, regardless of difficulty. One thing about Madness Difficulty specific to Story Mode that you forgot to mention is that you don't get any extra magazines on starting weapons and locker weapons during missions. Also, at 3:41, it feels important to clarify that you can't choose your outfit and loadout until AFTER you've beaten the mission. Similarly, Madness difficulty isn't unlocked until you beat the mission on Tough difficulty first. 5:03 You can also hold [SHIFT] (or whatever your heavy attack bind is) while pressing the dodge button to skip the shimmy and go straight to the dive. 6:50 Ever feel like, when playing as Hank, you have the durability of a wet paper towel roll? It's because you do! Hank only has 18 health per Corpus, compared to the 20 that most Arena origins get you and the 25 that Sanford, Deimos, Christoff, the Sheriff, and most other named characters have. Though, co-op characters in Story Mode (like Wank, Pank, Doc & Victor) only get 15 per Corpus. 7:49 Acrobatics experience can be acquired by dodging and by throwing shit at enemies. 8:12 You can hover over attributes to find out what each one does. 8:58 Crackpot out there (yes, that's his name) can use the Boon Tokens you get for completing missions to sell you things. The initial tab is the Swatches, but you can switch to the Alphaware tab at the top of the screen to get actually useful things. Augments, to boost an attribute or stat, for example. You can also buy certain weapons from them, such as Tricky's stop sign or Jeb's Binary Sword. 9:58 Arena Mode's story actually gives you some insight about what's going on behind the scenes of Nevada. It's a pretty good story, but only really gets told through cutscenes and final couple of Contract Missions.
Wow, there’s lotta stuff I wasn’t aware of here…Shoulda went for a third imprint run and played more of the story to be more detailed! Thank for the insight bro!
You forgot to mention the recent workshop integration in the beta! There's already plans to start working on custom levels, but so far the modding community has been hard at work making more content
Just a quick fyi: dodging, sprinting, throwing weapons, and using throwable equipment (shurikens and grenades, stuff like that) counts towards Acrobatics exp.
Tip: the italian cook in your base sells custom weapons like the tinkerer and rare ocusions heavy weapons, upgrading him increases the level cap your hirelings have and higher of heavy which can range from: a frezee gun, a m60, A TWENTY ROUND RPG and A WHOLE MINIGUN. these weapons are very expensive so if you want to make a lot money the best all origin way is doing the heist mission and getting everything or if your thinkerer just get the first pistol with a mag and put on it the 20 round antitank mag and stock and grip then sell that to the quartesmaster for INSANE PROFITS LIKE 10.000$ range.
Tip: All skill focus are op when you get to endgame this is very noticable with 4 origins: disqueted, massive, tinkerer and the ofering. when you first see the ofering you might think: "how could weak with acrobatic focus be op" well when you max im out you be dodging bullets like nothing and throwing straight a dragon sword like a throwing knife and murder everyone in your path. So please when play arena mode try every origin and try to max out their skill focus.
hey DONTBLINQQTV you forget something in the madness difuculty in this difficulty there's ZERO weapons with EXTRA MAGS meaning you can't just use the guns in the lockers always making quite challengingm
Hello. First off, amazing video, I could've mistaken this for a channel with at least 25k subs easily. Secondly, you said that you didn't know how to level up Acrobatic at 7:50. I have the solution. You level up Acro by dodging, running, and blocking (I think)
Yooo thanks for the compliment bro! Ima get there at some point lmao. Also thanks for telling me cause I was getting NOWHERE when it came to leveling it up
Great video. But Hank Wimbleton is trash. Only reason he's even doing okay is cuz the grunts and agents are predominantly stupe, Jebediah twiddles his thumbs too much, and Tricky likes him.
You level up acrobatics by dodging and throwing grenate slot weapons(rocks, throwing axes and etc.)
Throwing any weapons also give acrobatics
Or just running around also gives acrobatics
Ahh okay, I’ve just been dodging all over the place with little results so I was wondering how lol. Thanks!
I would recommend using Throwing Axes and anything with splash damage (i.e. Rocket Launchers). The more damage, the more XP.

That was obvious tbh, hank playing RPS with sanford at mc 10 after poor interactions during the series doesn't come out of nowhere
@therealcharles9503 that and the fact deimos and sanford had to kill hank because he actively would had destroyed nevada with the destruxtion of the project
man this is the type of quality l like, straight forward and helps with the basics without spoiling to much, nice and underrated
holy you are so underrated dude! great work on the video and keep up the good production!
That’s the plan bro! Really glad you enjoy the content :)

I think you did the game justice with this video
You earned my sub
I thought you had at least 100K subs from the video quality. good job mate
Thank a ton, yo! I’ll actually get there someday lol
