It's not my favorite manga ever (still like it a lot though) but my favorite box set for manga is Akira - beautiful, well made box. Love how it opens up and how well made it is.
Some great selections as always Omar. Fun (albeit kind of insane) story about the Pandora Hearts box set: when I worked at a particular large bookstore chain for many years, we got several of them in one day. Somehow, our system didn't properly "recognize" them at their retail price (at least for a few hours), and instead said it was a "bargain book." Being the bibliophiles we are, a bunch of us snagged them immediately and explained to our head cashier (and managers, who also snagged some) the situation. Somehow managed to get mine for about $7-10. Still the craziest buy I've been able to get at ANY of the retail jobs I worked at.

Real quick correction Omar, earlier this year Yen Press did announce a Toilet Bound Hanako Kun second box set that’s releasing in October called The Second Stall. Also Delicious in Dungeon is getting a complete series box set and it looks to have the same care and attention that Toilet Bound Hanako Kun has too.

I had flashbacks to the hard days of lock downs and zero supply inventory I unfortunately paid $300 for Dragon Ball and Dragonball Z years later things "normalize " don't quote me but honestly I got scared away from One Piece altogether the 2nd or 3rd one was selling for $700 and right there it ended for me . I have some of the others you reviewed the film version of James Cameron's Battle Angel Alita I mean it's heavenly perfection one of my favorite dystopian sci-fi films ever that says a lot as I have very high standards when it comes to sci-fi films no matter what .
I have the Rosario Vampire and Claymore Boxsets. I probably would have gotten the Akira boxset if I didn't already have the 6 volumes. The other boxsets look good, but I would probably only get them if they had a huge discount
Do you think there is a chance that Dragonball/Z could be released in a deluxe format in the future? The hope of a nice big hardcover collection is the only thing holding me back from buying the box set.

No doubt, if Vagabond Deluxe is successful I wouldn't be surprised that they'd make either a Box set or a Deluxe Edition
