Great video on the 215 miller multimatic. I did eliminate the switch and circuit breaker. I am looking to test and find the problem with board. Mine turned on for 3 seconds and set of my garage breaker and smelled smoke. Will not turn on now.
I have the same welder with the same issues. It won't power on. Checked the switch and circuit breaker, both of which are good. Do you have any suggestions on what I should be troubleshooting next?
I have the same welder, millermatic 211, my problem is the rear circuit breaker, it breaks when I weld a small bead, 1" or so, I have to wait and reset, can you tell me what the problem would be? I run the welder on a 20 amp breaker #12 wire, nothing else plugged into the outlet I'm welding 16g metal. I can't even stitch weld. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Good video by the way.
I recommend to replace breaker first it getting weaker, as I see your problem most often and it’s resolved by replacing the breaker, let me know if you need any help
