I just bought a new Millermatic 141 and the overheat light comes on at power up and won't turn off.. troubleshooting suggestions in the manual don't fix anything. Super disappointing for a new USA made machine and totally unacceptable. Suggestions for how to get this paperweight working?
The details on how to set gas flow seem a little lacking. As far as the video shows, you just install the regulator, place tubing between regulator and machine, then you are done. What is the purpose of the shielding gas if i never open the bottle valve? Good info otherwise.

I LOVE MY MILLER 220 !!!! My 3rd and last machine I will ever need for at least a decade or 2 to come. These are made in America too :)

Just bought a new 211, kinda disappointing you only threw in a 1# spool. Other than that it was an overall great experience

The 141 is essentially a 140. The key change is the aluminum spool setup is easier.

If my drive roll tensioner is tightened all the way and still having feeding problems then do you think I need a new liner?
