1st video I've seen. But honestly mezmorizing to watch you bake. It like watching a ballet or someone paint. That look like the best dessert ever. Hello!!! I have made this cake in about 40 years- It is very popular here in Sweden. IT is called Britta tårta or Pinoccio Tårta. The difference is that we make it double deck with the fruit of the season in between the layers. I think you made it very well. I live in Stockholm. There is a cake in Uruguay called Chajá and it is the same but broken meringues are put on the sides of the cake, like a frosting. Delicious!!!

This is called Kvæfjordkake, or Kvæfjord cake. Kvæfjord is a place in Norway where this cake originates from. It is a really delicious cake.
