В рецепте у Вас написано : рикоты -500 гр. , затем сахара- 330 гр, (?)на видео же - Вы добавляете - сахарную пудру(?), белки взбиваете с сахаром( на видео-100гр. )…рецепт - состав написан- непонятно, но в конце видео тортик выглядит очень аппетитно… 👍🏻🌺

Испекла я этот торт. Очень красивый получился.
Но... вместо вишни использовала смесь фруктов.
Hüttenkäse заменила на Frischkäse, остальное делала всё по рецепту.
Дигустировали гости- слой фруктовый сон бы меньше быть. Слой из Hüttenkäse сделаю просто творожным или из йогурта. Грубоват за счёт белка и крахмала получился.
Вообщем поэксперементирую.

I believe you can use whole milk Ricotta instead of cottage cheese.

Use Google to convert measurements. And not all measuring cups have the same size. It isnt a very accurate way of baking. Fill one of your cups with something like flour then weigh it. Ricotta and cream cheese are interchangeable in desserts.
Your pie looks so delicious. I can almost taste those cherries with the custard and whipped cream.

Are you sure that's cottage cheese? It kinda looks like Ricotta or Mascarpone cheese. In the USA our cottage cheese doesn't look like that. I would love to make this recipe but need to know if I can substitute the cottage cheese.
