My sprayer stopped spraying tonight and will not start back up. Has a fully charged battery. And I was able to spray one tank then went to refill and now it just will not come on.
@@joeheskett7225Make sure the pump primes. Noticed my NEW sprayer dies with no prime. Don't try to spray ALL THE PRODUCT OUT OF THE SPRAYER. You will hear it on the initial struggle for product. STOP THERE. Go refill it.
Hmm, I bought mine back in August 2023 and I must have got some of the upgrades just not the new style hose. I still have the clear hose, anyways a great backpack sprayer...
Bought this sprayer. First time using today as in 16 March 2024. BROKE the PLASTIC 45 degree adapter. Had the wand IN the holder on the sprayer. Lifted the sprayer on my back. Wand some how hit the floor.......... Can we get brass or stainless adapters please? We all know everyone of us will at sometime, drop the wand and bust something.
check the gasket inside the the tip, the one that marries up to the tip itself - if that is bent, twisted or damaged it wil leak. Sometimes just repositioning that gasket (turning up around) will clear things up.
Perhaps a deteriorated (or missing) check valve. Turf Therapy explains them in his “best backpack sprayer tips for fungicides and spoon feeding” video.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I haven't had much success using the backpack sprayer. I seem to run out of product before reaching the desired coverage. Time and time it has happened, causing me to use more product than required. I'm lucky if I get half the coverage. I've picked up my pace, any faster I'll be into a light jog. I'm using the white nozzle for the bio stimulants. I enjoy using the sprayer but have resorted back to the quarts size bottles, in which I'm getting proper coverage. ANY SUGGESTIONS, PLEASE HELP! Thanks!
@yardmastery @thelawncarenut I ordered the new wand, nope. Still same length, YardMastery’s rep even verified with the shop for the length. I requested a refund, we will see what happens. Happy holidays
I purchased my sprayer in Spring 2023. It stopped working a few times that year. Today, it stopped working. Battery is fully charged and I sprayed one full tank. Refilled for the tank for the 2nd round and it will not come on. I've toggled the power off and on multiple times, removed and reinstalled the battery multiple time, still won't work. The little red light above the switch is red when I set the switch to low, the red light goes off when I set the switch to high. Nothing works right now. So frustrated with this sprayer.
WTF???? Man thanks for sharing. No warranty on these either. No returns and no phone number to call for help. Customer service is ZERO with these. And YES I OWN ONE. Will be my last. Jatco here I come. I had the Jacto in the cart ready to pull the trigger. Went with this one as the LCN has a great rep. Well let's just say we are all human.
Leave the cap open when done. Also manual states to leave this sprayer inside at ROOM TEMP. Might take a heat gun and some how pressurize the tank. Careful with the heat. It ain't the space program.
They replaced mine with no issues and customer service was very helpful. Still not sure what caused it though… it happened while in use, not in storage.
@@johnfeather-o5x it would also be less cumbersome and lighter I have a difficult time with my 2 gallon because it only has one unpadded strap. I’ve asked about this a few times in posts over the last 3 years. I’m almost 70 and disabled a 2 gallon with a variable or 2 speed pump would be great for those of us that have trouble getting around and for the ladies my wife puts 1 gallon in my 2 gallon one. But a 2 gallon with the dual straps for someone that’s not as fast and a bit less expensive would be a nice product. There wouldn’t be anything close on the market.
Mine comes today (hopefully with all these upgrades) ... can't wait! 😄
This has been a great sprayer. No problems, no leaks, and battery life is incredible. We be very happy when the straps are available separately!!
we will make that available by this spring for sure!

Are the extra tip the ones from T Jet?

Why don’t these have a drain in the bottom?
First!! Love your channel.
Allyn, maybe next upgrade a fixed adjustable pressure switch like in Flowzone sprayers?
I've never used a FlowZone so maybe I should get one and see how they differ. Always fun to test out new products.

Do you sell replacement parts in case something breaks?
yes we sure do.
Where's the onboard product agitator please? Jacto has one to keep your product mixed while spraying.
I like the sprayer a lot but all of the tips have started to dribble a lot. What do you suggest to fix the issue?

Zero customer service that I've seen. Someone please prove me wrong.
