Great video!!! Most videos do not show where you put your grip, you have made it very simple. From your VAL line you basically take your PAP backwards to get your grip. Thank you for this video!!!!!! Matt with lane 25 bowling products.

Really cool vid. I would love to see a follow up vid showing how to do this for a Full Roller layout.

Remember if you are with in 1 inch of the pin voids warranty. So moving the grip up or down from the pin is good. Just make sure you have 1 inch between finger hole to pin. I usually move grip down keeping the pin above finger holes.

Wonderful presentation thanks for it. Liked to ask, At the end when you did (5 x 1 up) how do you get this numbers and also what is the effect of it? Thanks again.

This is a ‘common’ PAP that we use for training. Every bowler will have their own Pap. We will be releasing a video shortly on how to measure yours.

Great video! I have one question. At the end, when the grip center line is created, how does one know "exactly" where the finger holes & thumb hole are to be placed? Your presentation just arbitrarily has them drawn in. There must be some way to uniformly know where to place the holes precisely. Please advise - thanks

Hi, the end result shows the grip center. So the fingers and thumb will be split evenly from the center. If you have a 4 inch span, you'll draw your cut line 2 inches above and 2 inches below the center to give you your cut lines.

I can see the 2" split, but with regard to the hole (either finger or thumb) , is the cut line above the hole or below the hole? @@markbuffa5840

In that case, for your first ball, we suggest doing a generic layout using a symetrical bowling ball. Here is that video.

Hello. Thanks for the comment. We shot the video, just have to finish editing it. Should be uploaded in the upcoming weeks.

@@markbuffa5840 -- would you happen to also be able to include making choices for low tilt within 2LS? Kind of lost there. Many of us 2 handers are low tilt.

@@mbschleicher0 best advise would be to use a shorter pin to CoG distance. To smooth out the transition.

I’m getting an arctic vibe and I’m lefty. What layout do you recommend?

Sorry for the late reply. We would need more information to help us make that decision. You can watch this video on how to identify the necessary data for your bowling style, those 5 points will help us make the right decision for you.

In Dual Angle Layout, Once you determined the Center of Grip, As a 2-handed bowler, where do you place your pin (center of middle and ring finger). or how many inches away from the Center of Grip do you place your pin (center of middle and ring finger)?
