I have been there a few times and enjoyed my stay there. I live in Krakow and what was refreshing was the lack of tourists, it is a good working down to earth city.
I visited once, when I was younger, because my grandpa was living there, before the war ended. Since he was very old he wanted us to visit the city with him before he would die. Very beautiful city ...

Poland seems to be an amazing country, I'd love to go there and know some touristic spots and learn more about the culture as well.

I was there in December 2019 for my very first trip abroad and also my first flight ever! I loved the Christmas atmosphere at that moment but also the architecture of the city is soooo lovely !! Wroclaw is definitely one of my best memories of travel ! :D

Thank you for inspiring me to visit Wrocław, on what happened to be my first solo trip abroad from where I live (in the UK) . I've just returned home after a three-night stay there. Your videos helped me plan my visit well. Ostrow Tumski and the boulevard were spectacular. I even caught a glimpse of the latern man, too! Wrocław is a city steeped with beauty and charm. I’ve just got back from a weekend trip to Wrocław. I’ve been living in Kraków teaching English here since January but am kinda wishing I chose Wrocław instead as fell in love with the city very quickly. Really lovely video, the detail is incredible. Also I can tell you have a masters in English language, your English is incredible.

Swietnie zrealizowany material o moim rodzinnym, kochanym miescie, ktore musialem... opuscic (ten film przyspiesza nieco plan powrotu :-) Bardzo dobre kadry, swiatlo, kolor, montaz. Az zal, ze nie zrobilas dluzszego filmu, bo szkoda tych wielu innych pieknych miejsc (np. Rynek i okolice, Stare Jatki, Kuznicza, Swidnicka, wyremontowany gmach Dworca Glownego, wiecej ujec z wysp odrzanskich, z "nocnego zycia" kafejek w Rynku i staromiejskich zaulkach). Ale film i tak przepiekny! A tak pol zartem pol serio (i bez uszczypliwosci): nie wiem, kto ladniejszy - Wroclaw czy Ty :-) Dziekuje za bardzo udana promocje "mojego" miasta :-)

My lovely hometown that I visit a few times a year. Lots of memories from my childhood. I actually was there just yesterday. My life path has taken me to many different corners of the world but Wrocław will always be one of three of my favourite places across the world.

I discovered Wroclaw a couple of years ugo. It was started with Polish students, they work together with me in the company in Holland. After I first visit I love this city so much, everything what you need is in Wroclaw. And I make some friends here, normally I visit this city 2 or 3 times in the year. I come that I can come back soon when the Coronavirus is stopped..

I have just seen movie about Festung Breslau in 1945 y and I could not believe how much city was destroyed. Best wishes from Cambridge :)

Beautiful city, I stayed in an apartment in Boleslawa Drobnera 10 and it was perfect, just across the river from the University and Rynek. So many great bars and restaurants, even in the train station!

This is my third time watching this video’ thank you for such a comprehensive tour of this city. I am a student and currently on a journey to move to Poland for my undergrad studies. I am looking forward to study at Wroclaw medical university. Do you have any idea what the native people think about that university and also do you recommend this city to a student. Can you also break down how much can a student earn doing part time job in wroclaw. Most of the videos about part time jobs in Poland is about warsaw. Thankyou so much.

Hi Laura :) can you describe about the transport here? I mean if I need to go to one place from another via tram, what would be the cost of the ticket or where to buy the tickets etc!? Or can I cover it just by walking?? I am planning a trip to Wroclaw as the first solo trip of my life (!) so apart from being super excited, I am worried about the transport specially. xx
Hello, I personally live in Wroclaw for my studies. Transportation is extremely easy either by trams or buses, the ticket costs around €0.5 (usually less if you’re a student) it’s extremely cheap and easy to use. There’s usually ticket machines by the big stations or you can pay by card if you have a wireless one :)

@@LauraMaliszewska Ba, wszystkie, o których wspomniałaś są magiczne. Jestem zakochany we Wrocławiu od chwili, gdy przyjechałem tu na studia aż po dzisiaj (i nie zanosi się, żeby ta miłość chciała odpuścić).
ps. Bardzo fajny filmik o Wrocławiu: naturalna prezentacja miejsca, które lubisz + super jakość wideo (ach, ta atmosfera miejsc z ciepłym zachodzącym słońcem w tle).
