I know everyone wants you to start whispering, but… I think your videos are perfect exactly the way they are! I think the one whisper at the beginning is fine… but I cannot stand whispering and talking in asmr… I’m sure there are others like me too! I do hope you see this

This is an art form I have never seen in action, let alone in an ASMR video. Such patience and attention to detail. The art is not only the fly tying, but also the ASMR. The medium of ASMR and the inherent nature of this craft go hand in hand. How deliberate and intricate each movement and each decision is lends itself to a kind of ASMR I’ve never seen before.

You have a great asmr voice. Have you considered doing a no music, soft spoken explanation of what you're doing with what materials? Regardless this channel is amazing. You do some really impressive stuff!

I have been tying flys for 24 years. I tie flys to fish with. The flys that u tie they belong in a showcase or on a stamp, visa, or Mastercard. There beautiful 😍

Yes, I typically pull out extra thread for grip and so that I can be sure the thread used on the fly is fresh and not shredded in any way 😊

This one was so good! I have a question- why do you start with the coiled wire when you end up covering it up? Does it help the other parts to grip on or something like that
Great question!! The silver/grey lead-free wire at the beginning is added for extra weight to help the fly sink to the desired depth 💙
