I think you meant MOST painful one yea? And if so I'd probably agree, the "blood eagle" would be almost impossible to keep any composure through. And in reality one would most likely pass out from the pain way before their lungs got ripped out...

Still execution is way better than life in prison most likely getting soaped in solitary. I mean you do feel pain from the death, but it only lasts for a short while compared to the agony of being in solitary for decades.
