    Thank you Abdul
Integration is a life journey and is never completed. If we have family history of cruelty violence and trauma then we can be faced with a huge challenge. I found it so.
Intergenerational violence is perhaps the biggest issue, that requires healing by the Divine interventions along with our inner journey that we must seek to understand and undertake everyday.

Intergration is when you are synced both mentally and emotionally. When you are not intergrated your emotions are separate from your mental thinking, it's a power struggle a tug of war where your emotions usually wins. So instead of your behavior being driven mentally it's driven emotionally. The first time you are aware that a habit or behavior is driven by emotion, it is eye opening and very powerful experience. Probably one of the most powerful experience you would have in your life. The healing process is very involved and takes years, but the realization that you can head towards improvement is a huge relief.

I find that the more you know and trust yourself, the better you can handle the toxic people. You no longer feel an obligation to fix them, help them, chase after them, solve their problems, etc. Then you don’t have to “ban them” from your life, because you can deal with their nonsense, as long as it’s not directly harmful or dangerous. (Some behaviors are obviously deal-breakers.)

Topics: 1) timeline expectations of integration. For me I've been heavy focused on this for over 2 years and the journey is fraught with obstacles, unseen self deceptions (the Trickster); 2) which archetypes to develop in what succession and how to do so for each...I developed caregiver first and it helped immensely with silencing inner critic and reigning in ego, then sage for discernment and intuition...etc. 3) how to use a therapist to help achieve this development. 4) the role of spirituality in conjunction with this process and with your reality/shared reality and right choice/balance

It is a true blessing that I found you dear doctor. I had just finished an audio entitled Daughter Detox, reclaiming your life from an unloving mother. I had no idea what it would do to my mind, in fact I didn’t even finish the last 10 minutes. Her demeaning voice is back in my head, poor sleep, weeping, anxiety and panic attacks again. Before I did not know what a narcissist was. Your Covert Narcissistic video helped bring me back a bit. I always gained confidence and short term happiness when distanced from her. I never knew why until I found names for people like me and her. I am an empath seeking to find who I am and understanding for why I was raised unloved.
My suggestion is possibly more on mother daughter interaction. Also On how to stick to your boundaries. I trust you and have found great comfort in each video you have produced.
You are doing gods work as you would be too expensive to go to in person. Thank you thank you thank you!

Thank you so much for all the help you give people who have suffered for so many years from being an Empath without realising what a truly horrendous effect this can have on their lives and how this causes you to attract the Narcissists and Manipulators into your life and the consequent disastrous results. I have only come to full realisation of my own situation within the last year and what I needed to do to reverse the situation, mainly through watching your videos. I was the daughter of a Bipolar mother who ruled me for years from a very early age and it has taken me until now at 68 years of age to redress this situation. I cannot thank you enough. God bless you and your work.

I’ve tried to do what I call personal inventory where I try to be open and honest with myself about recognizing where my faults lie, but your videos are presenting new information that makes me think about all the ways I fall short even more. I experienced severe abuse as a child and it left me feeling very broken and I have not had a very successful life because of it. I really grieve for the potential I’ve not been able to realize. Always feels 2 steps forward 2 steps back. I’ve never been able to heal all that damage. It is hard to do the shadow work because I start inevitably looking only at the negative parts of my personality patterns. It is painful and discouraging. I will keep trying until I die.

8:13 this is very important when being realistic or truthful about others being overly idealistic about us - an activity we gratefully mopped up at the time but was used against us later on. Protection from idealisation is just as an important step as protection from abuse, or at least that we are aware of it happening at the time.

This series has been fantastic. I've waited with baited breath for what was to come in all subsequent videos. It's very wise and profound of you to provide precise vocabulary and framework which I find so helpful in moving from a place of confusion and doubt to curiosity and self acceptance. I've also been lucky enough to do one year of DBT and feel that your work weaves in very well with it. Also helpful beyond measure was you finishing with a list of observable indicatores to an integrated self. If I could make a request for further topic, I would ask for an exploration of how our family systems change and are challenged when an elderly parent develops dementia. It is a challenge in my family and, as the yougest daughter, I feel that my older sisters have resorted to old patterns of using me as an emotional punching bag similar to when we were adolescents. I've only been feeling able to stay true to myself and state clear boundaries with them within the last year or so and they aren't taking it well. Thanks you for all that you do and Happy New Year to you and your family!

I wish to have topics revolving around peer-to-peer abuse or bullying among teens that commonly transpire both in school and in cyberspace. This might not be a new phenomenon but the rising degree of violence exhibited by the juvenile bullies are shocking, much more, their pride of having their victims abused in public and with videos or tweets in social media as platforms to showcase these acts. I also want to know how a bullied minor can recover from peer-to-peer abuse. Thank you and a toast to 2019. More power to this channel!

I would love to learn more about the integration process for those who are grieving--how does one transform while integrating the truth of a previously unimaginable loss?

    Marvelous video.
This is the place I have begun to experience "autonomy" being able to navigate through life, the people and circumstances that arise.
So much easier not getting caught up.

Thank you soooo much for all of your videos. I've watched just about all of them and they are incredibly informative and validating. I feel a surge of hope as I learn more about whats happened to me, what Im going through now and that I am not the only one in the type of journey Im on.
Please consider doing a series on individuals who grew up under emotional neglect and how one would work through that into integration, restoration and wholeness.
    Thank you!

Thank you very much for your detailed insight into psychological issues. I would very much like to explore the bridge between the mind and the body. In particular, I would very much like to understand how physical activity plays a part in personal integration. I would be interested to know if physical activity can help psychologically.

Dealing with individuals with sharp elbows in the workplace can really tip me over. People who instantly say NO to change, then fight like hell for a status quo that was quaint, but comfortable to those bullies. There is a fine line between being cooperatively compliant and being the doormat for a bully.

Thanks Dr. Saad! Just watching your videos has helped me to evolve from a pathological empath towards a whole person (a journey I realize I already had begun on my own). I would love to see a video on setting appropriate boundaries and when and how to compromise. I think empaths early in the healing process can sometimes go overboard in refusing to compromise in any situation. We know we need to set boundaries but have little practice doing it. This can lead to problems at work or with the good people in our life who actually want to support us.

I was able to identiry from your final list of attributes of an integrated empath, the 4 areas where I am not managing well, also to appreciate from the others that I am making progress. Thanks you.

Dr. Saad, Greetings from Connecticut, USA. I enjoy your videos and watch them often. They’re easy to watch and listen to because I think you’re authentic and believable, sweet and approachable, skillful and deeply knowledgeable. Psychology is not my field but I like to measure myself against your analyses to see if I’m all right and I trust you. Occasionally, I check out other psychology videos but find them unwatchable. Listening to you is quite captivating. Thanks, Michael

You have helped me so much. I have gone through the narcissistic empath series. I wish there was more about how to deal with breaking off with the Narcissist. I am dealing with panic, shame guilt at having cut him out and don't know what to do.

I don't know if I'm an empath, but I am very self conscious around people. I feel like there's something wrong with me, or that people are always looking at me and judging. I feel exhausted and overwhelmed just with the day to day. I am sensitive to my environment. As far as transformation, what you say is very logical. It all makes sense, but the emotional state is another matter. How do you harmonize what you're really feeling with logical thinking? It's hard.

My life has really been a blessing considering I've been an empath surrounded by some narcissist who have taken important place in my life. I've kind of escaped safetly from them even having to change from continent and having to start all over again. I'm a more or less recognized artist and found out some people just come to me to take my experience but not as friends.. Thanks. But with your words I'm sure I will be more cautious and continue life in an optimistic way. Thanks!!! Sometimes...I find people who envy my progress... I recognize it but still hurts a little. If you could tell about how to reject or accept or whatever... this. Thanks!!!
