I liked the birds the best, then the tea one and the mushrooms last.

You are rocking it!! Best ever!! I have been a sign painter for 46 yrs. I have 100s of scrap pieces of wood I keep for projects. I LOVE these!! Your husband knocked it out of the roof with the dots. It went perfectly- brought it to 3D effect which I dearly love doing. Made the bird decoupage look even better than it actually looked. Then the book idea with the letters!! Oh my goodness!! I'm so in love . I have got to do these. Love your creativity!! You go girl!! ❤❤❤❤

I am the same way when it comes to painting, detail painting is so hard for me. I tend to try and stay away from things I would have to detail paint, but I want to start doing molds so bad lol.

LOVE these 💖 (of course, I love wood). The touch of gold absolutely made that book!! PERFECT ❤. Even though I don't use much gold, there are times it's a must & this was one of those times. Great video, beautiful projects, & can I just say...welcome back wood, nice to see you old friend!

Paper shrinks when it gets wet. To prevent the shrinking or wrinkles, mist the back of the paper with water first. I started doing it and using liquid patina and my decoupage game is awesome now. I used to get so frustrated and now I absolutely love decoupage. I would never go back to mod Podge except for certain stuff like fabric.
Yes!! Painting helps the clay not crack! I learned that from provincial farmhouse too! 😁
Im so happy you kept going! I was stuck sitting here after I did a huge piece with the new IOD moulds.
I couldn't remember where I was going with it after all the work to do the pieces, attach, and base coat.
