Hi 👋 It’s amazing what a tole pregnancy can have on the body. I feel for you with the sciatica. I used a heating pad when I went to bed. It helped soothe me enough to fall asleep. Rest when you can and as much as you can. I’ve heard some people with sciatica get relief from lying in a recliner. Worth trying if you have one….ya never know, you may get comfortable enough and get a good night sleep. I hope you find relief somehow.💕🐞🐞🐞

I really enjoyed every projects. Beautiful! Hang in there, pregnancy is sometimes hard. I had bad sciatica problems with my seconds pregnancy, he’s going to be 38. It’s very painful unless you’ve experienced this you don’t know. 🙏
