I recently had to get back into the job search phase after being furloughed at the end of September and I came across a few cover letters which I still believe is a bit unnecessary when it's an Easy Apply so I'm glad to hear what Bobby had to say about them.

What should they have on the resume?

Thanks for the video, could please make one video for the international student who in US and looking for the job in the current market. I believe a lot of dynamics / strategies would change when you trying to get a job and you are an international student especially F1 OPT.
