Some more filler for now hehe I love how I documented my first time gunning in GU AND World. It is super fun though. After this video I also tried LBG and it's awesome as well. It made MR Kulve pretty chill to run.

HBG has fantastic range for their clutch claw; I can grab onto a monster from nearly twice as far away vs. when I use CC with Charge Blade.

Missed This series
remember to bring the special scope on heavy bowgun, even on spread. It may sound absolutely terrible, but there is a mod to disable the blur during the scope and you can just pre-aim and quickscope before each shot, which makes it very playable. the gatling gun damage ramps up each bullet that hits and lowers each bullet you miss. It's generally just a meme because of how commital it i but i think it does outdo spread, but you're probably gonna need a trap or rocksteady+health booster for that. I would also look into alternate control schemes while gunning on PC because stick aim sucks. I know gyro aim with the ps4 controller is possible on PC, or what I do is half controller+mouse, as long as your mouse has 2 additional buttons. you can also bind ammo crafting to keyboard numbers. I know that you want to do one-by-one crafting for sticky 3s due to rounding errors, not sure about the rest, but i'd do it with elemental ammo too just to be safe. You can't craft ammo in all animations, but mid-reload and mid-clutch claw tender attack are 2 times when you can and have nothing better to do.
I remember pulling off KO's with bowguns in gen using rapid fire crag. It was so weird but also fun
In my 500+ hours of world I've hardly touched HBG and this makes me REALLY wanna try it

I recommend going for the tail on Fulgur Anjanath, it's soooooooo squishy and flinches incredibly easily.
I always thought he's name was Henry and I always told my friends to check Henry for tips in Monster Hunter since I got my friend to play Generations ultimate Demo and he really wanna kill Valstrax

Gunning is actually so much better in this game then any other. Gunning in any other game makes me cringe.
Older gunning was fine, especially in GU. But pre world bow? That was omega trash.
Yeah, just the simple additions of not making every good ammo impossible to get and letting you move and shoot makes an immense difference
If you want to use Wyvernheart in a hunt, load it and use a trap/wallbang. It's damn near impossible to hit all your shots on any monster if it's moving, but a well placed Wyvernheart has the highest burst damage in the game.

Iceborne is the first game I ever picked a bowgun up. It's... alright. Safi Burst is an awesome gun. I still prefer melee weapons but it's definitely an option now.
