What causes injury?
Lack of capacity. Usually at the connective tissue.
@@ericmalitzthere are more causes of injury than that...improper warm-up, poor recovery from previous workouts, not being focused while lifting, mental stress etc.
@@MihirS84so again, lack of capacity.
Some people don’t need “proper warmup” because they have “cold ability”.
Literally all you have to do is find the right dose !
Have bone spur on elbow, had to do a lot of forearm work and concentrate on full range slower rep. No problems now

Longevity in the gym- prioritize connective tissue/joint strength (the muscle will come along with it). This requires knowing which exercises sufficiently tax (without overtaxing) the connective tissue.
So one thing I notice from Kenny is that he doesn’t necessarily agree with the training word of “optimal” and that there may be some overthinking from the science based community. However, I always find him overthinking “what’s right” or what’s “wrong” in training. Kinda ironic
