Neurodiversity Programme: Empowering Inclusive Tech Careers

The inaugural edition of this programme was launched in May 2021, with the aim of selecting, training, and integrating #autistic professionals, including those with #Asperger's, into software engineering teams.
As a result of this initiative, 22 #neurodiverse professionals are currently employed at Critical Software and Critical TechWorks, distributed across various offices and business units.
The fourth edition has also partnered with NOS and will continue to promote the integration of these professionals into engineering teams, demonstrating that technology careers are accessible to autistic individuals, can be motivating, and that they can make a significant contribution to complex and challenging projects.
