As we continue to make progress on the interior and extension on the main part of the property at our Victorian Villa Resurrection project, it's time to turn our attention towards the work being conducted on the coach house. The whole structure needs gutting, but first Tony and the team commence work on completely refitting the roof! You'll get some insights on this particular process, before Tony and Bryan take you inside to give you an update on the internal work that's been going on.

Bend the nail over..... My company mainly does cladding and Fascia replacements, about 10 times a day I say to the lad bend the nails over 😂 glad I’m not the only one.... takes two seconds when the materials already in your hand! @@BuildWithAE Generally working on large one off houses in the south end of Ireland. Cut roofs, doors, floors stairs, chippys also do the slating here.

Just had dry ridge system fitted on a 50/50 double Roman Marley tile & it looks like sparrows are going in underneath the undulations of the tiles, should this be happening?, great work as always!!
👍🏻 that was more like a spike 🔨now was the time for a light sandblast on those 🧱 bricks but I wonder if the walls could take it though 🤷🏻♂️

Any particular reason you're using a ridge beam rather than a ridge board?
Out of interest, why did you use a bow saw to cut the rafters rather than a normal saw, recip saw, circular saw etc?
