I think one of the other reasons Equipment works so well is because it can give you effects for 'free' you would otherwise need to cast a spell for and then risk losing 2 life from Liesa. Drawing cards, searching for a land, destroying an Artifact or Planeswalker, etc. It all works out really nicely.
Sunbond, Light of Promise, and Cradle of Vitality are all enchantments that are less than 50 cents, with the first two being auras, that have the same ability as Nykthos Paragon, but without the once per turn.
The only include I disagree with strongly for this deck is Civic Saber. I would consider Deathbringer Liege for this list as a flexible way of interfering with your opponent's creatures.
I wanted to say, this is a very cool idea. Building a functional deck for this cheap is really cool. However, when I try to buy using the TCG decklist link in the description, the crazy shipping prices nearly triple the price to at least $30 due to how many cards there are. Do you know if there’s a better website to buy a lot of magic cards at once with? One that won’t cost as much for a large sum of cheap cards?
I really don't like the build. Not enough synergy. Other builds have done so much more than this one. Really looks like you threw this together with a lack of thought.

I built my Liesa deck as more of an angel tribal deck. Probably not the best commander for that but eh, I'm having fun.

Try buying local first and then see what else you need and go online for those. Might help a little bit
