Hi dear. Deep conditioners provide intense hydration and repairs than regular conditioners.
Deep conditioners have more intense and richer ingredients that penetrates the hair shaft and have long lasting results than regular conditioners.
So, you may use conditioners on every wash day but make sure you deep condition at least once a month.
