Well how cool, its on my Earth day, the 18th. Ive been getting mobbed by synchronicity's of 22 222 2222 which after looking into it alot, seems that it could mean im going to meet my twin flame but also the messages could be telling me to open my heart more. Invest more love and time in my relationships, family friends ect .I had to be totally real with myself and the message is right, without going into detail but this made me realise my heart has a slight block a distance although i know i love my nearest and dearest, im being a loner to much!! Alot more to it but anyways, then i see this! Finding my Twin flame 🔥🔥 or soulmate after that would be completion. Blessings to that which keeps on nudging me. Whats it mean if you hear this and it makes you motion sick. My husband just told me to leave because it made him sick. Is this a bad thing? ThTs how im taking it. I hear it and im more relaxed than ever.

This could definitely be part of the energy clearing process. Whenever we feel discomfort or irritability from these sounds, it could mean that there is intense energy moving within us. It can be overwhelming, though deep breaths and being present with the feelings can help us work through them. 🧡🙏🧡

Unfortunately health care in the US (for the most part) has no regard and just plain sucks. In 25 years seeking help for behavioral health , I've Never heard of this type of healing. Is it normal for sometimes to feel nauseous when you listen to these? Sorry if that's a bad thing to say. Sometimes I'm like oh so beautiful and Ill like certain sounds and others can be really challenging. Or is it just not the right one or day?
We store our emotions in our bodies, especially the emotions we don't allow ourselves to feel at the time. The gut is one place where we store a lot of those emotions, and sound can start shaking them loose, which yes, can create nausea. My take on this is to do the things that cause the nausea a bit at a time, then switch to something else. Keep repeating that, and eventually you will likely find that the sounds that used to cause nausea no longer do, or at least that it is greatly lessened. You may notice changes in your emotional feelings, too! Healing can be unsettling, but if you come out on the other side in a more integrated state than you went in, very worth it.

Can any1 suggest when is the right time to listen the frequency.
I encourage you to ask your body and heart what they want 😊 I tend to listen to these in bed as I fall asleep, due to their relaxing lullaby effect, so maybe try that?
