I just finished the 12 Steps today and asked God to give me a sign of ‘spiritual awakening as the result of these steps,’ I’ll take this as my sign!! 🙏🏻

I am recovering from a long term relationship of over 4 decades, it's not easy in life, we all have hurdles yet this, and other healing communities never, rarely draw negative energy, we'd scare the heck out of them! I've also had demons to recover from, alcohol was never a draw for me, hangovers are no joke (in my life they knocked the life outta me, I never got the "hang" of it, but I know how to light up! He was in training when I was falsely taken for a "ride". My ride sucked but it got this guy where it needed to be, in the workplace. He lost all ability to be in his training position with additional stripes on his uniform. I thank God for the strength he gives each day to get through this life!!!

I don't know in which video I read that you had synchronicity with the number 1.11.11. I want to tell you that I have synchronicities with several different numbers. This started in 2012 and there were periods when this repeated itself several times a day, every day and I also always knew that this indicated that I was on the path. Nowadays, I am much more balanced and this happens much less, but I know that this troubled period is also ending. In 1996, I had a spiritual calling, but it still didn't take effect like yours did in 2011. I read about the Sioux Red Road (!!!). Be well. ❤️🩹

We just tried Lorenas frozen "lassgna" frim Walmart. Thumbs down. First of all, the pic on the box shows traditional style noodles. Instead they were flat noodles with some weird cardboard looking ridges. I thought thats ok as ling as it tastes good. Second, it was suppose to have beef buy there wasnt any? Third, it was slimy and goopy, very heavy not just by stomach standards, but literally weighed like 3 lbs for 4 servings container. Bland and dusgusting. Ate a few bites and threw the rest away. I will be getting a refund. Chef?????
As much as I love the sounds, I think there is a lot to be learned from both playing with sounds & silence. Too much sound continuous and it loses its magic.
