Also, are you actually sitting cross legged for 3 hours of this video or is there editing???? My knees can't take more than 15 minutes during my meditation so just curious and impressed if you're really sitting that long : )
Why is there music over the top of the sound bowls? I don't quite get that, and though I love a lot of the episodes the extra music over i couldn't get along with. I was looking forward to it though, so I'll try another.

@joanndombrow4245, a recommendation the late and great Louise L. Hay would have recommended would be, "I AM BEGINNING TO LEARN HOW TO LET GO." Or, "I AM WILLING TO LEARN HOW TO LET GO AND TRUST." Of course, one could argue you do not need to "figure out," and simply allow yourself to flow into letting go. Every once in a while, when I buy a new deck, be it Tarot or a deck from another Card Reading System, I get in my head about it. A perfect example is the "Conjure Cards," by Jake Richards. Fortunately for me, when that happens, I ask my life partner/Divine Consort to let me offer him a Reading with said deck. He almost always agrees, so when he does, I prepare for said Reading as I would with a private client or at a public venue, then consult the Oracle on his behalf. Then, I AM no longer in my head. Perhaps you could ask someone you trust and admire how they let go of something or someone toxic, negative, which no longer serves their needs, and see what they say. I wish you and yours many Blessings of Wealth, Wisdom, Forgiveness and Peace.
What helps me is deep breaths and acceptance. Surrendering to what IS can bring a lot of healing, we can't change the past but we can impact the future. ❤❤❤
