You forgot magic. Morrowind has the most options, followed by Oblivion and after a long distance comes the crayon-eating abomination that is Skyrims magic system, where speccing into magic is worthless on higher difficulties.
Kinda shallow ngl. Extend it to (minimum) three hours and focus less on things which are just down to technological developments (graphics) and put more focus on gameplay and atmosphere related things and you'll be good to go.
