- Our 2023 performance of Mozart's Sinfonia Concertante for Violin and Viola, conducted by Hans Graf and starring SSO Artist-In-Residence Chloe Chua @ChloeChuaviolinist and guest violist He Ziyu @ziyuhe6979 (also an accomplished violinist), will be coming up soon. Both young musicians are winners of the Menuhin Competition (2018 and 2016 respectively) and both have recorded performances and albums with the Singapore Symphony Orchestra. Their recording of Mozart's Sinfonia Concertante will also be included in the Mozart Violin Concerto cycle featuring Chloe and Hans Graf.

I have purchased Chloe’s C.D. of the Vivaldi and Locatelli, and will be waiting patiently for the release of the Mozart concerti. Will they be in D.V.D. or C.D. ?. I hope I live long enough as I am now in my 89 th. Year. How do I go about joining the S.S.O. Chanel ?. I am not very computer literate, I’m afraid. Thank you for your reply to my first query.

The Mozart set has been delayed a bit so that a cd of Chloe's performances of Paganini's first violin concerto and the Butterfly Lovers violin concerto by He Zhanhao and Chen Gang can be released first. The planned release is in three months time (July).
Joining the SSO's channel is very easy. There is a link in the description to this video called "Join us as a YT channel member today." Click the link and make the payment and that is it.
The less-than-two-pounds payment is for one month. If you want to continue watching the members only videos after a month it is less-than-two-pounds for each extra month.
I cannot recommend at least one month membership highly enough. E.g. the camera work on Chloe's superb performance of the formidable caprice in the third movement of the Locatelli is amazing, and her performance of the Adagio in Bruch #1 is out of this world and as wonderful an expression of selfless love as is to be found anywhere in the canon.

I have also heard that Chloe is in the process of recording the complete Mozart violin concerti for release as a C.D. Set later this year. Is this true ?.
Hello, sorry for the late response, but yes! We've been working with Chloe since 2020 to perform and record all the Mozart violin concertos, the Sinfonia Concertante and more. It was originally planned for a 2024 release but has been pushed back to early 2025 so that we can release Chloe's recording of the Butterfly Lovers first. We thank you and everyone for your support - we're pretty sure your patience will be well worth it!

He graduated last month in Austria at the Mozarteum University of Salzburg.

I don't know why but, I feel that the the SSO's orchestra works together better like the other orchestras in other counties dont sound the same comared to the singapores one.
